“冲击地压是采矿引起地下应力变化而造成的动力现象。在高冲击地压风险矿井,只有先治后采,才能防患于未然。2020年以来,我们在多个煤矿开展了14个采煤工作面32口逾500多段的地面压裂施工作业,从源头有效治理了煤矿冲击地压灾害风险。”陕西省煤层气公司党委书记、董事长牛鸿波介绍道。

2020年以来,该公司致力于地面水平井分段压裂实施区域防治冲击地压技术攻坚,联合彬长矿业公司开创“煤矿坚硬厚层顶板先压后采治理冲击地压关键技术”防治冲击地压,该技术2020年12月首次在彬长矿业公司孟村煤矿成功应用,标志着国内地面水平井分段压裂防治冲击地压首次进入实践应用阶段,开创了煤炭行业区域防治冲击地压灾害先河。近几年相继在陕西(彬长)、招贤、火石咀、小保当等煤矿开展综合治理,形成了适合煤矿灾害治理的区域大范围压裂技术体系,实现了源头降低甚至消除顶板冲击致灾隐患,减少了矿井矿压显现强度,保障煤矿安全生产环境持续稳定向好。

“通过地面+井下的上下联合监测,可以看到本次压裂实现了缝长、逢高、宽度超过设计参数值的110%。单段压裂期间,井下微震能量平均增幅约8倍、频次平均增幅约3.8倍;井下地音能量平均增幅约4.6倍、频次平均增幅约2.7倍。”在彬长孟村煤矿首次压裂期间,现场技术人员指着设备屏幕上的“彩超图”,详细介绍冲击地压监测数据。

近年,该技术荣获中国煤炭工业协会科学技术一等奖,首届陕西省煤炭科学技术一等奖,并取得煤炭行业专利证书,技术论文在中文核心期刊《煤炭工程》刊发。

Since 2020, the company has been committed to the implementation of regional rock burst prevention and control technology in the staged fracturing of horizontal Wells on the ground, and has jointly created the "Key technology for rock burst control of hard thick layer roof in Coal Mine before mining" to prevent rock burst in cooperation with Binchang Mining Company, which was successfully applied in Mengcun Coal Mine of Binchang Mining Company for the first time in December 2020. It marks the first time that the staged fracturing of surface horizontal Wells to prevent rock burst has entered the practical application stage in China, and has created a precedent for regional rock burst prevention and control in coal industry. In recent years, comprehensive treatment has been carried out in coal mines in Shaanxi (Binchang), Zhaoxian, Huoshi, Xiaobaodang and other coal mines, forming a regional large-scale fracturing technology system suitable for coal mine disaster management, realizing the source reduction or even elimination of disaster hazards caused by roof impact, reducing the strength of mine pressure development, and ensuring the sustainable and stable production environment of coal mines.

"Through the surface + downhole joint monitoring, it can be seen that the fracture length, height and width of the fracture exceed 110% of the design parameter value." During a single fracturing stage, the average increase of microseismic energy and frequency is about 8 times and 3.8 times respectively. The average increase of underground acoustic energy is about 4.6 times, and the average increase of frequency is about 2.7 times." During the first fracturing of Mengcun coal mine in Binchang, on-site technicians point to the "color ultrasound map" on the screen of the equipment, detailing the rock burst monitoring data.

In recent years, the technology won the first prize of science and technology of China Coal Industry Association, the first prize of Coal science and Technology of Shaanxi Province, and obtained the patent certificate of coal industry, and the technical paper was published in the Chinese core journal "Coal Engineering".
