L5D98-1是双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜膜料,具有优良的拉伸强度、冲击强度、刚性、韧性和透明度,且产品熔指稳定,灰分含量低,广泛应用于烟膜、包装袋、手提袋和透明胶带等领域。为确保转产聚丙烯L5D98-1产品性能符合下游客户需求,该公司技术人员充分研究同类型典型牌号产品的结构及性能,对转产过程中的氢气丙烯比、切换外给电子体、造粒切换复配剂等参数进行摸索优化,计算出涉及转产所需催化剂、添加剂、复配剂加入量,进一步完善转产方案,并联系仪表人员拆清复配剂称并校称,联系分析检测人员做好循环气取样色谱标定,为顺利完成牌号切换创造良好条件。在转产过程中,该公司技术人员全程跟踪指挥,强化牌号切换过程控制,班组人员精心操作,按照方案逐步调控反应氢气丙烯比,将复配剂切至L5D98-1复配剂,精确调整添加剂配比、氢气流量、乙烯加入速度等重要参数,并根据分析色谱数据和分析化验室提供数据,及时对模板温度、切粒机进刀压力及颗粒水温度等运行指标进行调整优化,有效避免过渡料的产生,确保转产过程平稳进行,最大程度保证产品质量。

L5D98-1 is a bidirectional tensile polypropylene film material, with excellent tensile strength, impact strength, rigidity, toughness and transparency, and the product melting finger stability, low ash content, widely used in cigarette film, packaging bags, handbags and transparent tape and other fields. In order to ensure that the performance of the converted polypropylene L5D98-1 product meets the needs of downstream customers, the company's technical staff fully studies the structure and performance of typical products of the same type, explores and optimizes parameters such as hydrogen propylene ratio, switching external electronic body, granulation switching compounding agent and so on during the conversion process, and calculates the amount of catalysts, additives and compounding agents required for conversion.
