近日,晋城公司大通煤业井下精准人员定位系统安装工作已全部完成并投入使用,实现了入井人员的高效识别和实时位置监控。

本次选用的是中煤科工集团重庆研究院有限公司生产的KJ251J型井下精准人员定位系统,系统采用UWB定位技术,静态定位精度不大于0.3m。在采掘工作面、顺槽巷道定位精度能达到1m,不仅能够动态监测井下人员数量,还可呈现井下人员的实时具体位置与轨迹回放,数据可通过图表等方式在系统界面进行呈现,还具有出入井考勤、入井时间、班次、求救报警、超时报警、区域超员报警等功能。

该系统还与安全监控系统、井下应急广播系统进行融合,可应急联动,实现紧急情况下各系统之间的协同报警,为进一步提升矿井应急管理水平,加强智能化管理,提供了有力支撑。

The system adopts UWB positioning technology, and the static positioning accuracy is no more than 0.3m. The positioning accuracy of the mining face and the channeling roadway can reach 1m, which can not only dynamically monitor the number of underground personnel, but also show the real-time specific position and track playback of underground personnel, and the data can be presented on the system interface through charts and other ways, but also has functions such as attendance check in the well, entering time, shift, distress alarm, timeout alarm, and regional overstaffing alarm.

The system is also integrated with the safety monitoring system and the underground emergency broadcast system, which can be emergency linkage and realize the coordinated alarm between various systems in emergency situations, providing a strong support for further improving the level of mine emergency management and strengthening intelligent management.
