近日,中国煤科上海研究院研制的首台超长距离煤矿井下煤矸分离同向双层运输系统在四川宣汉上峡煤矿顺利运行,各项性能均达到预期目标。该运输系统有效降低了生产成本,提高了煤炭资源的回收率,为煤矿企业带来了显著的经济效益。

双层运输系统可实现同时、同向运输两种不同物料的单巷道双运料效果,并且设备只占用巷道高度而不占用巷道宽度,减少巷道加宽扩帮、支护工程量,运输效率高、安全性好,维护管理方便,对于小型、地质复杂矿井以及老旧矿井产能提升改造开辟了新路径。该套运输系统总长度约13公里,最大爬坡角度23度,单机最长2.8公里,自主研发的空间同轴、异轴转向式溜槽结构,解决了双层输送机运输系统同层、异层水平、垂直、夹角等多角度搭接问题,实现物料上、下层输送机搭接任意切换无障碍运输。

The double-layer transportation system can realize the effect of single roadway and double material transportation of two different materials at the same time and in the same direction, and the equipment only occupies the height of the roadway but not the width of the roadway, reducing the amount of roadway widening and expanding, supporting engineering, high transportation efficiency, good safety, convenient maintenance and management, and opening up a new path for the capacity improvement and transformation of small, geogically complex mines and old mines. The total length of the transport system is about 13 kilometers, the maximum climbing Angle is 23 degrees, the longest single machine is 2.8 kilometers, and the self-developed spatial coaxial and different axis steering chute structure solves the problem of multi-angle lap of the double-layer conveyor transport system and the horizontal, vertical and Angle of the different layers, and realizes the free transfer of the material on the upper and lower conveyor lap.
