截至8月10日,国家能源集团新朔铁路外购煤年累计发运400.1万吨,较去年同期增长71.2万吨,能源保供持续发力。

2024年以来,新朔铁路坚持贯彻“吨煤必争、每列必保”的营销理念,以市场为导向,聚焦用户满意度,不断健全外购煤经营管理体系,持续优化外购煤质量管控措施,加大外购煤风险防控,优化外购煤服务口碑,不断巩固并扩大品牌影响力与竞争力。规范供应商前期准入手续,加深供应商发运能力及合作矿方产能调研,培养优质供应商以形成持续发运。组织业务人员熟知集团外购煤采制化相关管理办法,开展“理论+实操”专项培训,杜绝到港煤质、热值出现较大偏差。通过日资源情况简报分析供应商煤矿存煤及资源减少的原因,加大新站台投入使用前期实地调研,力争促成新煤种、新渠道的发运新路径。对年度计划进行倒排,盯控供应商日、周、月计划的完成情况;通过下发兑现不足告知函,敦促供应商进度兑现,持续推进公司引流上线,为集团公司增运增收助力赋能。

Analyze the causes of coal storage and resource reduction in the supplier's coal mine through daily resource briefing, increase the field research before the new platform is put into use, and strive to promote new coal types and new channels to ship new routes. Reverse the annual plan, monitor the supplier's daily, weekly, monthly plan completion; By issuing a notification letter of insufficient cash, we urge suppliers to make progress in cash, continue to promote the company's drainage online, and help empower the group company to increase its sales and revenue.
