近日，蒙东分院对包钢炼铁厂5#高炉热风炉及薄板厂宽厚板加热炉烟气脱硫项目受检区域内外围承重结构进行检测，以此了解该工程外围承重结构现状质量情况，确保后续正常安全生产。

包钢薄板厂宽厚板加热炉烟气脱硫项目、包钢炼铁厂5#高炉热风炉废气脱硫脱硝项目建设于2023年，目前已投入使用。

其基础形式均为柱下独立基础，主体结构由混凝土框架结构与钢框架结构组成。

目前，该项目检测任务已全部完成，检测报告已交付委托方。

此次检测任务不仅为薄板厂和炼钢厂加热炉安全生产提供了保障依据，还为蒙东分院检测人员专业技能提升奠定了实践基础。

The flue gas desulfurization project of broad and thick plate heating furnace of Baotou Steel Sheet Plant and the flue gas desulfurization and denitrification project of 5# BF hot blast furnace of Baotou Steel Ironmaking Plant were constructed in 2023 and have been put into use.

The foundation forms are all independent foundation under the column, and the main structure is composed of concrete frame structure and steel frame structure.

At present, all the testing tasks of the project have been completed, and the testing report has been delivered to the client.

This inspection task not only provides a basis for the safety production of sheet metal plants and steel mills, but also lays a practical foundation for the improvement of professional skills of inspection personnel in Mengdong Branch.
