据悉，项目分二个阶段实施：

第一阶段主要实施范围为花溪河两岸截污沟（花溪水库-清华中学）、养牛大沟、洛平大沟、徐家冲大沟、大水沟、孟关乡改毛排洪沟、孟关五星村、孟关汽配城、石板镇农贸市场排水沟、石板二村排洪渠清污分流、隆昌污水厂外雨污分流、新中广线截污管、天河潭大道加油站散排治理、合朋片区五金机电市场、青岩镇高寨河、田园南路、油衫路管道修复改造等区域新建雨污主管及支管DN100—DN1200管网约20034m，清淤约15998m³，管网修复约101公里。

第二阶段主要实施范围为中心城区孟溪路、贵筑路、迎宾路、溪北路、大职路、香春路、竹林村、孟关乡汽配城、改毛村、石板镇清水城大沟上游、青岩镇、燕楼镇等区域新建雨污水主管及支管DN100—DN800管网约20523m，清淤约6356m³，管网修复约120公里。
