日前，河南南阳市人民政府印发南阳市攻坚二季度确保“双过半”若干措施。

内容指出，持续开展丹江口水库水源保护区环境整治和入库（河）排污口排查整治，不断提升南水北调水质保护监管水平。积极推进南水北调中线工程核心水源地丹江流域山水林田湖草沙生态修复工程项目申报，加快建设南水北调中线工程水源地（南阳片区）历史遗留废弃矿山生态修复示范工程项目。

全面推进城市体检，研究出台城市更新相关政策，探索城市更新“南阳路径”，积极申报城市更新试点。加强排水防涝、污水管网等市政基础设施建设，加快中心城区北外环路、白河南污水处理厂二期工程等项目建设进度，开工建设第一体育中心等11个公共停车场项目，力争上半年开工改造老旧小区296个，新建、改造各类管网100公里以上。

Actively promote the application of ecological restoration projects of mountains, forests, fields, lakes, grass and sand in Danjiang Basin, the core water source of the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Transfer project, and accelerate the construction of ecological restoration demonstration projects of historical abandoned mines in the water source area of the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Transfer project (Nanyang District).

Comprehensively promote urban physical examination, study and introduce relevant policies for urban renewal, explore the "Nanyang path" of urban renewal, and actively apply for pilot urban renewal. Strengthen the construction of municipal infrastructure such as drainage and waterlogging prevention and sewage pipe networks, accelerate the construction progress of projects such as the North Outer Ring Road in the central city and the second phase of the Baihe Henan sewage treatment plant, start the construction of 11 public parking projects such as the first sports center, and strive to start the renovation of 296 old residential areas in the first half of the year, and build and renovate more than 100 kilometers of various pipe networks.
