  硬质聚氨酯泡沫管壳 (高密度阻烯型)

产品简介:

聚氨酯硬质泡沫塑料瓦(管):用于室内外各种管道,中央空调管道、化工、医药等工业管道的保温、保冷。

采用高功能聚醚多元醇和多次甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯为主要原料,在催化剂、发泡剂、表面活性剂等作用下,经化学反映发泡而成。
  聚氨酯产品具有容量轻、强度高、绝热、隔音、阻燃、耐寒、防腐、不吸水、施工简便快捷等优异特点,已成为建筑、运输、石油、化工、电力、冷藏等工业部门绝热保温、防水堵漏、密封等不可缺少的材料。
  聚氨酯硬质泡沫直埋管,用于集中供热管道,各种制冷及工业管道。

以异氰酸酯、多元醇(组合聚醚或聚酯)为主要原料加入添加剂组成的双组分,经现场喷涂施工的具有防水和绝热功能的硬质泡沫材料。适用于现场喷涂法施工的聚氨酯硬泡体非外露保温防水材料。其导热系数低,仅 0.018 ~ 0.024W/ ( m · k ),相当于 EPS 的一半,是目前所有保温材料中导热系数最低的,且热工性能好,还具有耐老化、化学稳定性好、防潮防水性优良、耐温不熔化等优点。执行标准: JC/T 998 — 2006 , JGJ14 - 1999 , GB10800 - 1989 。

With isocyanate, polyol (polyether or polyester mix) as the main raw material additive composition of the two-component, through the construction site with a waterproof coating and insulation features rigid foam. On-site spray applied polyurethane hard foam construction insulation body of the non-exposed waterproofing materials. Its thermal conductivity is low, only 0.018 0.024W / (m 8226 k), equivalent to half of EPS, which is the insulation material of all the lowest thermal conductivity, and thermal performance is good, also has anti-aging, chemical stability, excellent waterproof moisture, heat does not melt and so on.
