近日，从重庆气体压缩机厂有限责任公司获悉，由该公司研制的70兆帕、20万方/天高压大流量天然气压缩机已成功投产。

该公司副总工程师王跃飞介绍，此前，70兆帕大排量天然气压缩机处于技术空白状态，是产业发展急需突破的瓶颈。国内主要采用的大排量天然气压缩机组最高排气压力为52兆帕，流量为25万方/天，排气压力无法满足超深井注气压力需求；小排量机组最高压力虽有70兆帕，但流量仅为5万方/天，且需同时使用多个设备才能满足需求，并存在易损件多、运维工作量大、维护成本高等问题。

“70兆帕高压大流量天然气压缩机的投产，将有效解决天然气输气过程中气量变化大、撬装化要求高等难题，助力我国超深井注气驱油、储气、输气作业。”王跃飞表示。

“瞄准这一前沿领域，我们联合西安交通大学科研人员开展技术攻坚，历时1年多成功研制出高压大流量天然气压缩机，目前已成功应用在新疆一处油田。”王跃飞说，下一步，高压大排量天然气压缩机将可应用于大型储气库建设、油田注气驱油增产及新型储能等领域，助力保障国家能源安全。

Wang Yuefei, deputy chief engineer of the company, said that previously, 70 mpa large displacement natural gas compressors were in a technical blank state, which was an urgent bottleneck for industrial development. The maximum exhaust pressure of large-displacement natural gas compressors mainly used in China is 52 mpa and the flow rate is 250,000 m3 / day, and the exhaust pressure cannot meet the demand of ultra-deep well gas injection pressure. Although the maximum pressure of the small-displacement unit is 70 mpa, the flow rate is only 50,000 square meters/day, and multiple devices need to be used at the same time to meet the demand, and there are many problems of wearing parts, large operation and maintenance workload, and high maintenance costs.

"The production of 70 mpa high pressure and large flow natural gas compressor will effectively solve the problem of large gas volume change and high loading requirements in the process of natural gas transmission, and help China's ultra-deep well gas injection and oil displacement, gas storage and gas transmission operations." "Wang Yuefei said.

"Aiming at this frontier field, we collaborated with researchers from Xi 'an Jiaotong University to carry out technical breakthroughs and successfully developed a high-pressure large-flow natural gas compressor, which has been successfully applied in an oilfield in Xinjiang for more than one year." Wang Yuefei said that in the next step, high-pressure large-displacement natural gas compressors will be applied to the construction of large-scale gas storage, oil field gas injection and oil displacement and new energy storage, helping to ensure national energy security.
