近日,中国安全生产科学研究院危险化学品安全技术研究所(以下简称危化所)在国家石油天然气管网集团西部管道公司管道断裂控制试验场,成功开展了国内首次天然气管道典型工况喷射火与燃爆试验。

按照“十四五”国家重点研发计划项目《中俄管道重大风险防控与安全保障关键技术》(项目编号:2022YFC3070100)课题四“管道地质灾害风险多维评价方法及预警技术研究”研究需求,危化所研究制定了试验方案和现场设施施工方案,开展了一系列高压大口径天然气管道喷射火及燃爆试验,试验工况包括5mm、10mm、25mm、100mm、200mm等典型泄漏孔径,水平、斜上45度、垂直等喷射角度。

本次试验是国内首次成体系的高压大口径天然气管道喷射火与燃爆危害效应测试,部分工况为国际首次,相关试验成果可为天然气管道典型事故后果量化提供技术支撑。

Recently, the Institute of Hazardous Chemical Safety Technology of the China Academy of Work Safety Science (hereinafter referred to as the Hazardous Chemical Institute) successfully carried out the first domestic gas pipeline jet fire and explosion test under typical working conditions at the pipeline fracture control test site of the Western Pipeline Company of the National Oil and Natural Gas Pipeline Network Group.

According to the "14th Five-Year Plan" national key research and development Plan project "Key Technologies for Major Risk Prevention and Control and Safety Guarantee of China-Russia Pipeline" (Project number: 2022YFC3070100) Subject 4 "Research on Multi-dimensional eva luation Method and early warning Technology of Pipeline geological disaster Risk" research needs, the Institute of Hazardous Chemical research and development of the test plan and site facility construction plan, carried out a series of high-pressure large-caliber natural gas pipeline jet fire and explosion tests, The test conditions include typical leakage apertures such as 5mm, 10mm, 25mm, 100mm and 200mm, and injection angles such as horizontal, oblique and vertical.

This test is the first systematic test of jet fire and explosion hazard effects of high-pressure large-diameter natural gas pipelines in China, and some working conditions are the first in the world. The relevant test results can provide technical support for the quantification of typical accident consequences of natural gas pipelines.
