万钢表示,我们国家商用车的碳排放占道路、交通总量52%以上,(氢燃料电池)电动汽车是降低长途重载商用车排放的一个重要方式。2022年我们通过“科技冬奥”验证了燃料电池汽车在寒冬季情况下,规模化运行以及用“绿电”的可行性,也就是用光伏、风电来制氢用氢的技术应用的经济性。

2020年,四部门启动了氢能和燃料电池汽车城市群以及“氢进万家”等科技示范工程,这些都取得了积极进展。目前,我国燃料电池的累计推广量已经达到2.1万辆,示范运行覆盖了城市、物流、运输、工程、港口、园区等多元化场景。

万钢表示,现在燃料电池示范运行已经跨越了十几个省,在城市群示范上起到了很好的效应。正是在这种规模化示范下,氢能燃料电池关键核心技术加速突破、成本下降十分显著。燃料电池关键技术的研发、产业化推进,使燃料电池系统八大零部件基本实现了自主突破。

“经过多年运行,2023年燃料电池系统的成本相对于2020年之前的成本已经从15000元/千瓦降低到3000元/千瓦,降幅达到80%;电堆功率密度也提高一倍以上,从过去50千瓦/公斤提高到现在100千瓦/公斤。”万钢强调。

In 2022, we verified the feasibility of large-scale operation of fuel cell vehicles in cold winter conditions and the use of "green electricity" through the "Science and Technology Winter Olympics", that is, the economic application of photovoltaic and wind power to produce hydrogen with hydrogen technology.

In 2020, the four departments launched science and technology demonstration projects such as hydrogen energy and fuel cell vehicle clusters and "hydrogen into 10,000", which have made positive progress. At present, the cumulative promotion of fuel cells in China has reached 21,000 vehicles, and the demonstration operation covers diversified scenarios such as cities, logistics, transportation, engineering, ports, and parks.

Wan Gang said that the fuel cell demonstration operation has now spanned more than a dozen provinces, and has played a good effect on the demonstration of urban clusters. It is under this large-scale demonstration that the key core technologies of hydrogen fuel cells have accelerated breakthroughs and the cost has decreased significantly. The research and development of key fuel cell technologies and the promotion of industrialization have basically achieved independent breakthroughs in the eight components of the fuel cell system.

"After years of operation, the cost of the fuel cell system in 2023 relative to the cost before 2020 has been reduced from 15,000 yuan/kW to 3,000 yuan/kW, a reduction of 80%; The stack power density has also more than doubled, from 50 kW/kg in the past to 100 kW/kg now." Wan Gang stressed.
