英深3-16井是吉林油田首口钻头尺寸为168.3毫米的二开小井眼气井,是一体化方案优化的首口试验井,更是英台未动用深层致密气提质增效行动的首口评价井,由非常规资源开发公司组织实施。

英台未动用气藏是2024年再评价和效益开发的重点区,资源品味低,效益开发难度大,进一步降低投资是最大的难点。

延用常规技术路线已经很难提高效益勘探,也很难“复制”到效益建产,创新技术手段势在必行。

吉林油田创新式建立“以满足气藏改造需求为核心,以综合效益最优为目标,钻采工程一体化交互优化的方案设计模式”,在前端钻井以井身结构持续优化和钻井设计提速为手段,实现源头降本;在后端压裂以“增大体积、降低伤害、控制成本”为核心,坚持“三段式”缝网改造;并通过市场化总包模式,进一步降低钻压投资。

英深3-16成功完井,说明小井眼钻完井技术路线是可行的,这个公司将完善并固化此项技术,在英台德惠气田逐步推广,同时将继续探索低成本小井眼压裂采气技术路线,最终形成完整的小井眼全生命周期钻采一体化技术路线,实现松南天然气效益开发。

The extension of conventional technical routes has been difficult to improve the efficiency of exploration, and it is difficult to "copy" to the efficiency of construction, and innovative technical means are imperative.

Jilin Oilfield innovatively established "the program design mode of integrated and interactive optimization of drilling and production engineering with the core of meeting the demand of gas reservoir reconstruction and the goal of optimizing comprehensive benefits". In front-end drilling, continuous optimization of well structure and acceleration of drilling design were adopted as means to achieve source cost reduction. At the back end, fracturing takes "increasing volume, reducing damage and controlling cost" as the core, and insists on "three-stage" fracture network transformation; And through the market total contract model, further reduce the weight on bit investment.

The successful completion of Yingshen 3-16 shows that the technical route of small hole drilling and completion is feasible. The company will improve and solidify this technology and gradually promote it in Yingtai Dehui Gas Field. At the same time, it will continue to explore the technical route of low-cost small hole fracturing and gas production, and eventually form a complete technical route of the whole life cycle of small hole drilling and production integration to realize the efficient development of Songnan natural gas.
