近日,由广州海洋地质调查局牵头承担的国家重点研发计划——战略性国际科技创新合作重点专项项目“天然气水合物勘查开发技术联合研究”顺利通过科技部组织的综合绩效评价。验收专家组认为项目成果总体实现了核心关键技术自主创新和国产化替代,部分技术填补国内外空白,进一步完善了天然气水合物高精度勘查评价技术体系。

该项目聚焦服务我国天然气水合物产业化重大需求,由广州海洋地质调查局牵头,联合俄罗斯圣彼得堡国立矿业大学、乌克兰国立第聂伯技术大学以及中国地质大学(武汉)、中国地质科学院勘探技术研究所、南开大学、吉林大学等9家国内外优势科技力量,围绕海域天然气水合物勘探开发中亟待解决的矿体精确锁定、储层参数快速准确获取、天然气水合物安全高效开采等关键技术难题,历时四年持续攻关,成功研发出天然气水合物高精度小三维地震勘探系统、天然气水合物新型取样系统、天然气水合物高效开采电磁加热器和新型储层改造试剂及配套注入器具,各系统在结构设计、性能指标、作业效率方面实现创新突破和技术迭代。其中,高精度小三维地震勘探系统和天然气水合物新型取样系统在南海北部成功形成示范应用,实现技术研发成果向现实生产力转化。

项目团队克服新冠疫情等不利因素影响,积极搭建国际交流合作平台,构建了多学科交叉融合、知识产权共建共享、政产学研用相结合的国际科技合作新模式,形成一批技术合作成果,培养了一支具有国际视野的技术研发团队。项目成果对更好发挥国际合作项目的创新引领作用、服务天然气水合物产业化勘探开发及“一带一路”倡议具有积极意义。

Recently, the national key research and development plan led by Guangzhou Marine Geological Survey - Strategic international science and technology innovation cooperation key special project "Joint Research on natural gas hydrate exploration and development technology" successfully passed the comprehensive performance eva luation organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology. The acceptance expert group believes that the project results have generally achieved independent innovation and localization of core key technologies, some technologies have filled the gaps at home and abroad, and further improved the high-precision exploration and eva luation technology system of natural gas hydrate.

The project focuses on serving the major needs of the industrialization of natural gas hydrate in China. Led by Guangzhou Marine Geological Survey, the project is jointly led by Russia's St. Petersburg State University of Mining and Technology, Ukraine's National Dnipr University of Technology, China University of Geosciences (Wuhan), Institute of Exploration Technology of Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences, Nankai University, Jilin University and other 9 domestic and foreign advantageous scientific and technological forces. Focusing on the key technical problems that need to be solved in the exploration and development of natural gas hydrate in the sea area, such as accurate locking of ore body, fast and accurate acquisition of reservoir parameters, and safe and efficient exploitation of natural gas hydrate, the project has lasted for four years. It has successfully developed a high-precision small three-dimensional seismic exploration system for natural gas hydrate, a new sampling system for natural gas hydrate, an electromagnetic heater for efficient exploitation of natural gas hydrate, a new reservoir transformation reagent and a supporting injection apparatus, and each system has achieved innovative breakthroughs and technological iterations in terms of structural design, performance indicators and operational efficiency. Among them, the high-precision small three-dimensional seismic exploration system and the new gas hydrate sampling system have been successfully demonstrated and applied in the northern part of the South China Sea, realizing the transformation of technological research and development achievements into real productivity.

The project team has overcome adverse factors such as the COVID-19 pandemic, actively built an international exchange and cooperation platform, built a new model of international science and technology cooperation featuring interdisciplinary integration, intellectual property co-construction and sharing, and the integration of government, industry, university, research and application, formed a number of technical cooperation achievements, and cultivated a technology research and development team with an international perspective. The project results are of positive significance to better play the innovative leading role of international cooperation projects, serve the industrialization exploration and development of natural gas hydrate and the "Belt and Road" initiative.
