山西践行“四个革命、一个合作”能源安全新战略，推动能源绿色低碳转型取得重大成果，有力支撑了全省空气环境质量持续显著改善。煤炭智能绿色水平大幅提升，累计建成118座智能化煤矿，布局30座绿色开采试点煤矿，先进产能占比81%。

日前发布的《山西省落实〈空气质量持续改善行动计划〉实施方案》提出要深入推进能源结构优化调整，促进空气质量改善。“我们将纵深推进能源革命综合改革试点，着力打造能源领域新质生产力，加快规划建设新型能源体系。”山西省能源局副局长杜青表示。

除了推进煤矿数字化转型之外，山西还将全面实施“三改联动”，淘汰落后小机组，加快煤电项目“上大压小”。持续推动风电光伏集中式做大做强、分布式做优做精，挖掘煤层气资源禀赋新潜力，统筹推进新型能源开发与产业链融合发展。
