截至目前，山西省在建煤电项目6个，拟建煤电项目6个，“十四五”后两年拟关停部分落后小机组，届时全省煤电装机将提升1500万千瓦左右，电力保障和安全得到进一步提升。

按照《关于推动煤电“先立后破”增强电力供应保障能力的通知》（国能发电力[2022]94号）等文件要求，山西能源监管办与山西省能源局及相关企业持续保持业务沟通联络，及时掌握省内煤电项目建设投产情况，努力做好监管服务工作。

一是督促相关部门和企业进一步压实责任，按照“应开尽开、应投尽投、能早尽早”原则，在确保质量和安全的前提下加快实施煤电规划建设和升级改造工作。二是要求驻晋央企要发挥“排头兵”作用，带头履行保供责任，加快项目开工建设、确保按期投产。三是督导电网企业积极做好煤电项目投产的并网服务，优化安排电力系统运行方式，确保相关项目按期并网，及时发挥保供作用。

The second is to require the central enterprises in Jin to play the role of "vanguard", take the lead in fulfilling the responsibility of guarantee, accelerate the construction of the project and ensure the production on schedule. The third is to guide power grid enterprises to actively do a good job of grid connection services for coal power projects, optimize the arrangement of power system operation, ensure that relevant projects are connected to the grid on time, and play a timely role in ensuring supply.
