会上，战规部和化工部分别通报了上期协调会督办、重大项目建设进展等情况及下一步工作要求，化工公司从工作机制调整后做好技术保障支持方面做了汇报，各项目单位汇报了督办问题落实、项目进展和下一步工作计划，总部相关部门对项目单位需要解决的问题进行了答复。
