4月2日,中国煤科沈阳研究院申报的“工业环境激光超痕量多气体监测预警成套技术及装备”“本质安全型气相色谱仪”两个项目荣获第一届辽宁省国有企业“星火”创新创意大赛创新应用类三等奖。

辽宁省国有企业“星火”创新创意大赛由辽宁省人民政府国有资产监督管理委员会和辽宁省科学技术厅联合举办。大赛以“创新引领发展 创意构筑未来”为主题,聚焦全产业链先进技术创新和实践应用,鼓励跨行业、跨领域、跨学科的创新创意项目参赛。同时,以“技术导师+创业导师”的双导师制,指导参赛项目进行公司化、产业化发展,并对获奖项目进行为期一年的孵化支持。

工业环境激光超痕量多气体监测预警成套技术及装备

该项目解决了火灾标志性痕量极性气体监测的宽量程、低检出限和交叉干扰难题,发明了矿井烷烃类气体光谱谱图交叠的指纹区识别、矿井极性气体特征吸收峰提取方法和本安型、宽量程、高精度井下原位气体监测成套装备,实现了采空区、工作面、密闭区等自然发火危险区域多组分痕量极性气体就地采集、有源预处理和原位在线分析,革新了传统地面色谱法用于煤矿自燃火灾预警。

本质安全型气相色谱仪

该项目在国内外首次解决了色谱仪内部的火花能量限制难题,首次实现了气相色谱仪内部电路的本质安全化,有效地解决了气相色谱仪的在爆炸环境中使用的安全性难题。其先分离后检测的特性,解决了传感器类产品的交叉干扰问题;无量程限制,可以实现所有气体的高浓度分析;采用国际上先进的毛细管色谱柱分离系统以及微型热导检测器,具有分析速度快、分析精度高的优点。可应用于煤矿自然发火监测、石油化工生产工艺流程监测、密闭空间、地下管廊等有爆炸危险的区域以及紧急救援中。

Complete set of technology and equipment for laser ultra-trace multi-gas monitoring and early warning in industrial environment

The project solved the problems of wide range, low detection limit and cross interference in the monitoring of the iconic trace polar gas of fire, invented the overlapping fingerprint area identification of the spectral spectrum of mine alkane gas, the extraction method of the characteristic absorption peak of mine polar gas and the complete set of equipment for in-situ gas monitoring of intrinsic safety, wide range and high precision. It realizes in-situ collection, active pretreatment and in-situ online analysis of multi-component trace polar gas in the dangerous areas of spontaneous ignition such as goaf, working face and closed area, and innovates the traditional ground chromatography method for spontaneous combustion fire warning in coal mines.

Intrinsically safe gas chromatograph

This project solves the problem of spark energy limit inside the chromatograph for the first time at home and abroad, realizes the intrinsic safety of the internal circuit of the gas chromatograph for the first time, and effectively solves the safety problem of the gas chromatograph used in the explosive environment. The characteristics of separation before detection solve the problem of cross interference of sensor products; High concentration analysis of all gases can be achieved without range limit; Using the international advanced capillary chromatography column separation system and micro thermal conductivity detector, it has the advantages of fast analysis speed and high analysis accuracy. It can be used in coal mine spontaneous combustion monitoring, petrochemical production process monitoring, confined space, underground pipe corridor and other areas with explosion risk and emergency rescue.
