近日，天津市生态环境局“无废细胞”名单公布，认定中能建路桥工程有限公司承建的天津市和平区五大道公园（一期）项目、红桥区妇幼保健计划生育服务中心迁址新建工程项目为天津市“无废建筑工地”。

和平区五大道公园（一期）项目位于和平区南京路与新华路交口，一期工程规划用地面积7185平方米，主要涉及新建公园配套建筑9784平方米，包括钟楼、游客服务中心、科技博物馆、艺术展览馆等，铺设园路及广场2124平方米，种植公园绿化4266平方米，钟表专项工程20台（套）。项目建成后，五大道公园将成为游客游览五大道的景区门户，也会成为天津新的网红打卡地和聚客锚地。

红桥区妇幼保健计划生育服务中心迁址新建工程项目是市级重点项目、区重点民心工程，位于西沽南地区，红桥北大街以东，总建筑面积约4700平方米，主体结构装配率达100%，项目整体装配率达70%。门诊楼按照孕产保健中心、儿童保健中心、妇女保健中心、计划生育技术服务中心四大业务板块进行综合布局。施工过程中，项目部以天津市“十四五”时期“无废城市”建设工作方案为指导，始终秉承着“无废”理念，高质量制定了“无废工地”创建实施方案，积极推动绿色建筑发展。

The Heping District Five Avenue Park (Phase I) project is located at the intersection of Nanjing Road and Xinhua Road in Heping District. The planned land area of Phase I project is 7185 square meters, which mainly involves the construction of 9,784 square meters of ancillary buildings in the park, including the bell tower, visitor service center, science and technology museum, art exhibition hall, etc., and the laying of garden roads and squares is 2124 square meters. Planting park green 4,266 square meters, clock special project 20 sets (sets). After the completion of the project, the Five Avenues Park will become a scenic gateway for tourists to visit the five avenues, and will also become a new network celebrity card and guest anchorage in Tianjin.

Hongqiao District maternal and child health and family planning Service center relocation project is a municipal key project, the district key public works, located in the south of Xigu area, east of Hongqiao North Street, the total construction area of about 4700 square meters, the main structure assembly rate of 100%, the overall assembly rate of the project up to 70%. The outpatient building is comprehensively laid out according to the four business segments of maternity health center, children's health center, women's health center and family planning technical service center. During the construction process, the project department guided by the "waste free city" construction work plan of Tianjin during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, always adhering to the "waste free" concept, formulated a high-quality "waste free site" creation implementation plan, and actively promoted the development of green buildings.
