面对项目工期时间紧、任务重,净化过滤研发中心生产团队通力合作,迎难而上,高质量完成各项生产任务。科研人员与青年党员以不畏艰难的决心和毅力,义无反顾地冲到一线,始终坚守在自己的岗位上,加班加点确保产品交付的圆满完成。

核工业用可再生空气净化装置与现有废气处理装置相比,可再生空气净化装置的滤芯使用寿命长达3年,对于 0.1µm 以上的粉尘,过滤效率超过 99.99%,排放浓度远小于 1mg/Nm³。滤芯表面经特殊处理,可实现耐酸碱、耐潮湿、不粘灰、可反复水洗的功能。其先进的清灰控制和独特的反吹结构可保证滤芯长周期可靠运行,极大减少滤芯用量,降低废滤芯等放射性固体废物产生量,减少处理、贮存及处置费用,达到安全、高效和节约成本的目的,助力实现放射性废物最小化技术“弯道超车”。

In the face of tight project time and heavy tasks, the production team of the purification and filtration research and development center has worked together to meet difficulties and complete various production tasks with high quality. Researchers and young party members rushed to the front line without hesitation with the determination and perseverance of facing difficulties, always sticking to their posts and working overtime to ensure the successful completion of product delivery.

Compared with the existing waste gas treatment device, the filter element of the renewable air purification device has a service life of up to 3 years, and the filtration efficiency is more than 99.99% for dust above 0.1µm, and the emission concentration is far less than 1mg/Nm³. After special treatment, the surface of the filter element can realize the function of acid and alkali resistance, moisture resistance, non-stick ash and repeated washing. Its advanced ash control and unique backblowing structure can ensure the reliable operation of the filter element for a long period, greatly reduce the amount of filter element, reduce the generation of radioactive solid waste such as waste filter element, reduce the cost of treatment, storage and disposal, achieve the purpose of safety, efficiency and cost saving, and help realize the radioactive waste minimization technology "corner overtaking".
