3月14日，西安市工信局节能处、节能监察支队及有关专家在西电西变开展2023年度能耗“双控”指标任务完成情况评审。通过听取汇报、查看资料、现场交流、专家核算、综合评分等方式，对公司节能工作给予了肯定，并对2023年考核结果进行了确认。

3月21日，西安市节能监察支队运用“双随机一公开”工作机制，根据《中华人民共和国节约能源法》《西安市工业节能条例》及相关法律法规的要求，对西电西变2023年度节能双控指标完成及节能措施落实等情况进行了现场抽查监察，核查能源利用状况、能源统计台账、主要能源使用设备及淘汰高耗能设备情况，进一步核实核准2023年度综合能源消费量及节能量等数据。

设备动力处设备能源管理人员现场配合节能监察工作，为检查组提供相关佐证资料，顺利完成节能监察。

Verify energy utilization, energy statistical ledger, major energy use equipment and the elimination of high energy consumption equipment, and further verify and approve the comprehensive energy consumption and energy saving data in 2023.
