项目建设地点位于山西孝义经济开发区现代煤化工新材料产业园区,是全国最大的焦化园区污水零排放项目,本项目是赛鼎公司响应习近平总书记提出的“一泓清水入黄河”的切实体现。项目收集上游孝义中化污水处理厂项目(一期由赛鼎公司承建)产生的高浓盐水,通过分盐结晶技术,在工业废水中提出工业原料,实现废水的资源化利用,为当地实现高质量经济发展提供助力。

本项目成功实施是我公司在环保废水零排放领域的一项重大突破!工艺采用:活性炭吸附再生+预处理+臭氧催化氧化+UF+树脂软化+NF+MVR蒸发结晶技术路线,处理高浓盐水2000m3/d,副产氯化钠结晶盐1.6万t/a,硫酸钠1.9盐万t/a。项目团队于2024年2月5日成功完成清水联调工作,于2月28日开始废水联调,历经一月,顺利产出氯化钠结晶盐和硫酸钠结晶盐。后续项目团队将以更加饱满的工作热情投入到项目尾项工作中,为项目完美收官而努力。

Good news came from the zero discharge project of salt crystallization in the sewage treatment plant of Xiaoyi Economic Development Zone, which was contracted by EPC of Saiding Engineering Co., LTD. On March 26, the project successfully produced the first bag of sodium chloride crystalline salt, and the first bag of sodium sulfate crystalline salt was successfully produced at 21 PM on April 1. The salt marks the smooth opening of the whole process of the project, and lays the foundation for the stable operation of the subsequent project.

The project collects the highly concentrated salt water generated by the upstream Xiaoyi Sinochemical Wastewater Treatment Plant project (Phase I of which is built by Saiding Company), and uses the salt crystallization technology to raise industrial raw materials in the industrial wastewater, so as to realize the resource utilization of wastewater and provide help for the local realization of high-quality economic development.

The successful implementation of this project is a major breakthrough for our company in the field of zero discharge of environmental wastewater! The process adopts the following technical route: activated carbon adsorption regeneration + pretreatment + ozone catalytic oxidation +UF+ resin softening +NF+MVR evaporation crystallization to treat 2000m3/d of high concentration brine, with the by-product of sodium chloride crystalline salt 16,000 t/a and sodium sulfate 19,000 t/a. The project team successfully completed the clean water co-adjustment work on February 5, 2024, and started the wastewater co-adjustment on February 28, and successfully produced sodium chloride crystalline salt and sodium sulfate crystalline salt after one month. The follow-up project team will devote more enthusiasm to the final work of the project and strive for the perfect conclusion of the project.
