第三十五届国际制冷、空调、供暖、通风及食品冷冻加工展览会(简称"2024中国制冷展")正在北京中国国际展览中心隆重举办,千余家制冷暖通空调知名企业及机构参展。全球温控系统创新者特灵科技旗下战略品牌特灵(Trane®)受邀参加9日下午举行的"2024 臭氧气候技术工业圆桌会议",在现场,公司代表与中国制冷空调工业协会、中国家用电器研究院领导,以及众多企业代表,就空调及其制冷剂的回收趋势、空调能效标准、新制冷剂与技术等话题展开了讨论,并分享了特灵在制冷剂回收管理方面的创新实践经验。

"很荣幸能在全球制冷行业年度盛会上,与业内大咖们分享特灵在绿色节能领域的思考和实践。"特灵中国服务业务总经理崔海峰表示:"可持续发展是特灵科技的企业核心战略,已经融入到公司产品、服务、生产制造、管理运营与文化等方方面面。多年来,特灵始终坚持通过完善、严格的售后服务流程和体系,做好制冷剂的管理和回收工作。另一方面,特灵还一直通过直接参与新一代环保制冷剂的研发、测试和应用,不断降低制冷剂对环境的影响。此外,公司还发起了‘2030可持续发展承诺",希望通过减碳技术的革新等举措,帮助客户减少十亿吨碳排放,助推暖通空调行业的绿色转型。"

数据显示,全球约15%的碳排放量来自建筑供暖和制冷,其中空调的能耗在整个建筑中的占比高达50%以上。据联合国环境署发布的《全球降温观察》报告,预计到2050年,该行业的排放将增加到44亿-61亿吨二氧化碳当量,将占当年全球预计排放量的10%以上。在双碳目标背景下,行业减排压力增大,亟待提速。

制冷行业的碳排放,除了设备在用电、生产过程中产生外,还有一部分来自于制冷剂等非二氧化碳温室气体的排放。在中国,制冷剂更是第三大非二氧化碳温室气体排放源,每年排放量超过5亿吨二氧化碳当量。其中,在设备使用、维修和拆除过程发生的排放总和占到全生命期排放总量的90%以上。因此,对制冷剂进行全生命期的管理就变得尤为重要。

Over the years, Trane has always adhered to the sound and strict after-sales service process and system to do a good job in refrigerant management and recovery. On the other hand, Trane has been continuously reducing the environmental impact of refrigerants by directly participating in the development, testing and application of new generation environmentally friendly refrigerants. In addition, the company has also launched the 2030 Sustainability Commitment, which aims to help customers reduce 1 billion tons of carbon emissions through initiatives such as innovation in carbon reduction technologies, and promote the green transformation of the HVAC industry."

About 15% of global carbon emissions come from building heating and cooling, with air conditioning accounting for more than 50% of the energy consumption of the entire building. According to the Global Cooling Watch report released by the United Nations Environment Programme, emissions from the sector are expected to increase to 4.4 billion to 6.1 billion tons of carbon dioxide equivalent by 2050, which will account for more than 10% of projected global emissions that year. In the context of dual-carbon targets, the pressure on the industry to reduce emissions is increasing, and it is urgent to speed up.

The carbon emissions of the refrigeration industry, in addition to the equipment generated in the electricity consumption and production process, are also partly from the emissions of non-carbon dioxide greenhouse gases such as refrigerants. In China, refrigerants are the third largest source of non-carbon dioxide greenhouse gas emissions, emitting more than 500 million tons of carbon dioxide equivalent per year. Among them, the total emissions occurring during the use, maintenance and dismantling of equipment account for more than 90% of the total lifetime emissions. Therefore, it is particularly important to manage the whole life of refrigerants.
