年初1月，金隅红树林公司深入落实集团“一高双赢三统筹”工作要求，紧扣“效益提升年”目标，精准洞察市场需求，以“进、新、精、稳、严、快”的战斗姿态，主动出击，一举中标该大型污染土修复项目。随即，公司迅速制定场地修复方案，快速完成合同签订，秉持早着手、早谋划的工作思路，紧锣密鼓地整合施工资源，紧张有序地入驻项目场地展开前期准备工作。

面对场地污染因子多、污染程度重、修复工程体量大的挑战，以及工期紧迫、春节假期、两会召开、频繁大风预警及空气质量管控等多重压力，公司上下齐心协力，排除各种干扰快速行动。

公司领导层亲临一线，现场指挥、精准调度，及时召开关于节后复工复产以及经营分析会，为项目快速推进保驾护航。公司环境修复部团队勇担重任，积极协调施工方、处置端、第三方审核与监理等多方力量，倒排工期，挂图作战。专业技术人员遵循最严格的技术标准、安全规定和环保要求，聚焦“安全、质量、进度”三大核心，发挥水泥窑协同处置优势，精心组织施工、严控时间节点，确保工程安全、质量、进度均处于稳健、有序的掌控之中。

历经一季度的矢志奋战，环境修复部团队突破行业常规速度，于3月底，提前12天圆满完成了超过8万方污染土壤的挖运工作，实现了项目主体工程的提前收官。这一壮举不仅是对施工执行力的强有力证明，更是对公司精益运营理念、卓越工程管理能力的生动诠释，显著提升了公司的品牌影响力和社会责任感。

In January of the beginning of the year, Jinyu Mangrove Company deeply implemented the work requirements of the group's "one high win-win three overall planning", closely linked to the goal of "efficiency improvement year", accurately insight into market demand, and took the initiative to win the large-scale contaminated soil restoration project with the fighting attitude of "advancing, new, fine, stable, strict and fast". Immediately, the company quickly formulated the site restoration plan, quickly completed the contract signing, adhered to the work idea of early start and early planning, intensively integrated construction resources, and settled in the project site to carry out preliminary preparations in an orderly manner.

Scientific planning and precise measures

Faced with the challenges of multiple site pollution factors, heavy pollution degree, large restoration project volume, and multiple pressures such as urgent construction period, Spring Festival holiday, two sessions, frequent wind warning and air quality control, the company worked together to eliminate all kinds of interference and rapid action.

The company's leadership came to the front line in person, conducted on-site command, accurate scheduling, and held timely meetings on the resumption of work and production after the holiday and operation analysis to escort the rapid advancement of the project. The team of the company's environmental restoration department bravely shoulder the heavy responsibility, actively coordinate the construction side, the disposal side, the third-party audit and supervision and other forces, reverse the schedule, wall map combat. Professional and technical personnel follow the most stringent technical standards, safety regulations and environmental protection requirements, focus on the three core of "safety, quality and progress", give play to the advantages of collaborative disposal of cement kilns, carefully organize construction, strictly control time nodes, and ensure that project safety, quality and progress are in a stable and orderly control.

After a quarter of dedicated efforts, the team of the Environmental Restoration Department broke through the conventional speed of the industry and successfully completed the excavation and transportation of more than 80,000 square meters of contaminated soil 12 days in advance at the end of March, realizing the early closure of the main project. This feat is not only a strong demonstration of construction execution, but also a vivid interpretation of the company's lean operation philosophy and excellent engineering management capabilities, significantly enhancing the company's brand influence and social responsibility.
