该项目是鸡西市“十四五”重点项目，总装机容量为2×660MW，包括新建2×660MW超超临界燃煤供热机组和1座500kV升压站等，拟以2回500kV单回路接至系统变电站。项目建成后，对于优化该地区的能源结构具有重要意义。

本次会议，中国能建组织各单位40多位专家到项目所在地实地踏勘，对现场情况作了充分了解，为初可研审查提供了准确依据。会议期间，由电力规划设计总院专家组成的评审组与各方代表听取了东北电力设计院关于鸡西2×660MW超超临界燃煤电厂项目初步可行性研究的总体概况汇报。与会专家、代表共分6个专业小组分别对初可研进行了全面、系统的审查，围绕厂址选择、机组选型、水源、煤源、灰场和经济评价等方面，提出初可研的评审意见及建议，并汇总形成会议纪要。

初可研评审会议的顺利召开，标志着项目推进有了实质性进展，为下一步的工作实施奠定了基础。

会议期间，与会专家研讨了《中国能建鸡西多能互补基地实施方案》，方案依托规划的鸡西2×660MW煤电项目，规划新建风电1500MW，以电力多能互补能源基地的形式一体化规划、一体化建设实施。

The project is a key project of Jixi City's "14th Five-Year Plan", with a total installed capacity of 2×660MW, including a new 2×660MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired heating unit and a 500kV booster station, which is planned to be connected to the system substation with two 500kV single circuits. After the completion of the project, it is of great significance to optimize the energy structure of the region.

At this meeting, more than 40 experts from various units of China Energy Construction went to the site of the project and fully understood the site situation, providing an accurate basis for the preliminary feasibility study and review. During the meeting, the review team composed of experts from the General Institute of Electric Power Planning and Design and representatives of all parties listened to the general overview report of the preliminary feasibility study of Jixi 2×660MW ultra-supercritical coal power plant project by Northeast Electric Power Design Institute. The participating experts and representatives were divided into six professional groups to conduct a comprehensive and systematic review of the preliminary feasibility study, and put forward eva luation opinions and suggestions on the preliminary feasibility study in terms of site selection, unit selection, water source, coal source, ash field and economic eva luation, and summarized the meeting minutes.

The successful holding of the preliminary feasibility review meeting marked the substantial progress of the project and laid the foundation for the next step of work implementation.

During the meeting, the experts discussed the "China can build Jixi multi-energy complementary Base Implementation Plan", the plan relies on the planned Jixi 2×660MW coal power project, planning a new 1500MW wind power, in the form of power multi-energy complementary energy base integrated planning, integrated construction implementation.
