红色门机一举成名，钢铁巨人迎江而立。“大吊车真厉害，百吨的设备它轻轻地一抓就起来！”今年以来，广大市民陡然发现银江水电站最大的变化，是大坝上架起了一个红色的大型设备，从几公里外的市区一眼望去就能映入眼帘，成为银江水电站的新标志。这个红色巨物就是坝顶门机，是水电站建设期金属结构安装及后期电站运行最重要的设备之一，高25米，宽16米，最大起吊能力达到500吨，起升高度更是达到75米。坝顶门机2024年将肩负起包括闸门、机组主要部件共计超万吨的设备起吊任务，是后续机电设备、金属结构设备吊装的必备“神器”。为加快坝顶门机安装，今年以来，公司一边督促厂家供货、一边督促现场安装，通过增加临时轨道提前开始安装、坚持春节不停工等措施，目前已基本安装完成，计划本月中旬投入使用，为实现发电目标夺得头彩。

匠人匠心只争朝夕，不眠银江更加璀璨。每当夜深人静，千家万户进入梦乡，夜晚的银江水电站总是一派繁忙的景象。为了实现提前发电目标，春节刚过，银江水电站一改夜晚通常只浇筑混凝土的常规方式，加开“夜行专列”，增加夜间施工班组，开展钢筋制安、混凝土备仓、机组安装等施工作业。土建施工和设备安装就像两个亲密搭档，兄弟齐心，齐头并进。
