根据国家能源局大坝安全监察中心《水电站大坝安全提升专项行动》工作要求,3月22日至3月25日,喜儿沟电站配合四川大学工程设计研究院专家组对喜儿沟水电站输水系统进行了安全专项检测工作。

喜儿沟水电站引水隧洞全长8.4km,隧洞跨度大,地质断层多,为确保无遗漏地排查出可能存在的安全隐患,检测前,水电公司及喜儿沟电站人员会同四川大学工程设计研究院专业技术人员进行现场勘踏,结合现场实际情况,制定了切实可行的专项检测技术方案,并召开专题会议,全面辨识检测过程中存在的安全风险,制定了有针对性的安全措施、应急预案。检测过程中,水电公司及电站人员配合专家组对引水隧洞的结构强度、稳定性、混凝土强度、混凝土碳化深度、钢筋锈蚀程度、钢筋保护层及压力钢管的腐蚀程度、焊缝损坏程度等方面进行了认真细致的检测工作。

According to the requirements of the Dam Safety Supervision Center of the National Energy Administration "Special Action for Dam safety Improvement of Hydropower Station", from March 22 to March 25, Xiergou Hydropower Station cooperated with the expert group of Sichuan University Engineering Design and Research Institute to carry out safety special testing work on the water transmission system of Xiergou Hydropower Station.

Xiergou Hydropower Station diversion tunnel has a total length of 8.4km with large span and many geological faults. In order to find out possible safety hazards without omissions, the hydropower company and Xiergou Hydropower Station personnel jointly conducted site survey with professional and technical personnel of Engineering Design and Research Institute of Sichuan University before the test, and formulated a practical and feasible special detection technology plan based on the actual situation on site. A special meeting was held to comprehensively identify the security risks existing in the detection process and formulate targeted security measures and emergency plans. During the testing process, the hydropower company and the power station personnel cooperated with the expert group to carry out careful and meticulous testing work on the structural strength, stability, concrete strength, concrete carbonization depth, steel corrosion degree, steel protective layer and pressure steel pipe corrosion degree, weld damage degree and other aspects of the diversion tunnel.
