黄金峡水电站位于陕西省汉中市洋县黄金峡镇汉江干流,属汉江上游干流规划的第一个梯级电站。电站安装3台4.5万千瓦水轮发电机组,总装机容量13.5万千瓦,年均发电量3.51亿度,其中安装分局主要承担黄金峡水利枢纽大坝、泵站、电站等部位的机电设备安装与调试工作。

自2021年开工进场以来,项目施工团队克服了工程体量大、交通不便、作业时间及作业面受限等各种困难,合理统筹安排机械、材料进场,强化质量安全管理,确保项目各项工序均处于受控状态。机组启动试运行成功后,黄金峡项目各部门立即进入备战状态,及时成立首台机组发电领导小组,逐一落实各项发电前任务,技术、机械、试验、电气等各方人员时刻在现场紧张待命,为首台机并网发电蓄力赋能。

3月23日完成发电前阶段验收工作;3月29日3台主变完成冲击合闸试验,倒送电任务圆满完成;4月7日首台机组同期试验完成,机组首次带负荷并网发电成功。

工程建成后,可从陕南汉江流域调水至关中渭河流域,受水区域总面积1.4万平方公里,受益人口1411万人。同时极大地缓解了电力工业的环境保护压力,相当于每年节约标煤约14万吨,减少二氧化碳等温室效应性气体排放量约70万吨,对改善渭河水生态环境、实现区域水资源优化配置、保障黄河流域高质量发展具有十分重要的意义。

Huangjinxia Hydropower Station is located in the main stream of Hanjiang River, Huangjinxia Town, Yangxian County, Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province. It is the first cascade hydropower station planned for the upper stream of Hanjiang River. The power station is equipped with 3 45,000-kilowatt water turbine generating units, with a total installed capacity of 135,000 kilowatts and an average annual generating capacity of 351 million kilowatts, among which the installation branch is mainly responsible for the installation and commissioning of mechanical and electrical equipment at the dam, pumping station and power station of Huangjinxia Water Conservancy Project.

Since the start of the project in 2021, the project construction team has overcome various difficulties such as large project volume, inconvenient transportation, limited working time and work surface, rationally arranged machinery and materials, strengthened quality and safety management, and ensured that all processes of the project are under control. After the successful commissioning of the unit, all departments of the Golden Gorge project immediately entered a state of preparation, promptly established the first unit power generation leading group, one by one to implement the pre-power generation tasks, technical, mechanical, test, electrical and other personnel at the scene at all times tense standby, the first machine connected to the grid power generation capacity.

On March 23, the pre-power generation acceptance was completed; On March 29, the impact closing test of the three main transformers was completed, and the reverse power supply task was successfully completed. On April 7, the first unit test was completed, and the unit was successfully connected to the grid with load for the first time.

After the completion of the project, water can be transferred from the Hanjiang River basin in southern Shaanxi to the Weihe River basin in Guanzhong, with a total water area of 14,000 square kilometers and a population of 14.11 million. At the same time, it greatly alleviates the environmental protection pressure of the power industry, which is equivalent to saving about 140,000 tons of standard coal and reducing the emissions of greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide by about 700,000 tons per year, which is of great significance to improving the ecological environment of the Weihe River, realizing the optimal allocation of regional water resources, and ensuring the high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin.
