项目情况

湄潭至瓮安天然气输气管道是《贵州省“十四五”油气产业发展规划》的重点项目。该项目起于湄潭分输站,终于瓮安末站,设计压力6.3兆帕,年输气能力4.8亿立方米,线路全长约109.31公里,途径湄潭、余庆、瓮安三县,力争于2024年12月份达到投产通气条件。管网公司坚持项目建设与市场开拓同步推进,目前已与项目沿线的余庆县及相关企业达成三方协议。该项目投产后将进一步提高沿线工业企业用气的保障能力,为沿线地区经济发展助力。

该项目沿线地区地貌复杂,施工难度大,全线需穿越乌江及相关水域、铁路、高速公路、国道共计29次,改造站场2座,新建截断分输阀室4座。管网公司持续践行绿色发展理念,在设计之初优化敷设路径,科学计算管道埋深,专项研究管道焊接、管沟开挖、大型穿越、管道回填等工序施工方案,确保在复杂地貌的施工顺利开展。采取定向钻施工等技术,严格限制环境敏感区及林区地段作业带宽度,减少树木砍伐,及时恢复原始地貌,最大限度保护沿线环境,实现绿色管控。

该工程项目全线采用SCADA系统,持续深化智慧无人站建设,构建“智慧场站”,场站阀室从“人防人控”向“技防技控”转型升级,确保场站和阀室安全、高效运行,新增智能测试桩,推动实现全智能化运营、全业务覆盖及全生命周期管理。

Project situation

Meitan to Weng 'an natural gas pipeline is a key project in the "14th Five-Year Plan" for the Development of Oil and Gas Industry in Guizhou Province. The project starts from Meitan sub-transmission station, and finally Weng 'an terminal station, with a design pressure of 6.3 mpa and an annual gas transmission capacity of 480 million cubic meters, the total length of the line is about 109.31 kilometers, through Meitan, Yuqing, Weng 'an three counties, and strive to reach the production ventilation conditions in December 2024. The pipeline network company insists on the simultaneous promotion of project construction and market development, and has reached a tripartite agreement with Yuqing County and related enterprises along the project. After the project is put into operation, it will further improve the gas support capacity of industrial enterprises along the line and help the economic development of the region along the line.

The landform along the project is complex, and the construction is difficult. The whole line needs to cross the Wujiang River and related waters, railways, expressways, and national highways for a total of 29 times, and 2 stations and yards are reformed and 4 new cut-off valve rooms are built. The pipeline network company continues to practice the concept of green development, optimizing the laying path at the beginning of the design, scientifically calculating the pipeline burial depth, and specially studying the construction schemes of pipeline welding, pipe trench excavation, large-scale crossing, pipeline backfilling and other processes to ensure the smooth construction in complex landforms. Adopt directional drilling and other technologies to strictly limit the width of the operation belt in environmentally sensitive areas and forest areas, reduce tree felling, restore the original landform in time, maximize the protection of the environment along the line, and achieve green control.

The project adopts SCADA system throughout the line, continues to deepen the construction of intelligent unmanned station, and builds a "smart field station". The valve room of the field station is transformed and upgraded from "civil air defense and human control" to "technical defense and technology control", ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the station and valve room, adding intelligent test pile, and promoting the realization of fully intelligent operation, full service coverage and full life cycle management.
