大鹏LNG接收站可靠性改造项目涵盖广泛,涉及新增低压LNG、高压LNG、高压NG等工艺管道,同时还包括消防、生活水和仪表风等公用管道,设计总长度约8000米,新增管道的焊接质量对于确保接收站改造后的生产安全、外输稳定以及供气可靠性具有举足轻重的意义。

在正式启动管道焊接工作之前,大鹏LNG进行了大量的前期准备工作,不仅深入评估了焊接工艺,严格审核了相关规程,还对焊材性能进行了第三方实验室的复验。针对TP304/304L双证奥氏体不锈钢的特殊性,大鹏LNG更是细致入微地进行了冲击侧膨胀量及熔敷金属铁素体含量的精确测定,以确保所有焊接作业均符合国家及大鹏LNG的严格标准。

为确保施工环境的洁净与规范,大鹏LNG对施工车间进行了彻底的清洁与整理,严格隔离不锈钢管与碳钢管,自制焊接防风棚,专人负责焊接材料的保管、烘烤保温及发放。在焊工管理方面,组织了严谨的考试流程,对焊工资质进行了全面审核,并见证了考试全过程,选拔出合格焊工进行详尽的技术交底。

为了对管道的焊接及检测状态进行实时跟踪控制,大鹏LNG结合数字化管理平台对焊接工作进行“线上+线下”的实时精细化管控。除现场管道实体表格控制外,项目所有管道系统及焊口数据均由专人采集录入至智慧施工管理数据库,系统自动生成相关统计数据图表,为大鹏LNG提供了实时监控作业、分析异常状态以及采取整改措施的科学依据,从而显著提升了施工质量和效率。

The reliability renovation project of Dapeng LNG Receiving Station covers a wide range, involving the addition of low-pressure LNG, high-pressure LNG, high-pressure NG and other process pipelines, as well as public pipelines such as fire protection, domestic water and instrument wind, with a total design length of about 8,000 meters. The welding quality of the new pipeline is of great significance to ensure the safety of production, the stability of export and the reliability of gas supply after the renovation of the receiving station.

Before officially starting the pipeline welding work, Dapeng LNG carried out a lot of preparatory work, not only in-depth eva luation of the welding process, strict review of the relevant procedures, but also the performance of the welding material was reinspected by a third-party laboratory. In view of the particularities of TP304/304L dual austenitic stainless steel, Taipeng LNG has carried out precise measurements of the impact side expansion and the ferrite content of the molten metal in detail to ensure that all welding operations are in line with the strict standards of the state and Taipeng LNG.

In order to ensure the cleanliness and standardization of the construction environment, Dapeng LNG has thoroughly cleaned and organized the construction workshop, strictly separated stainless steel pipes from carbon steel pipes, made a homemade welding windproof shed, and assigned personnel to take charge of the storage, baking and insulation of welding materials and distribution. In terms of welder management, we have organized a rigorous examination process, conducted a comprehensive audit of welders' qualifications, witnessed the whole process of the examination, and selected qualified welders for detailed technical disclosure.

In order to track and control the welding and testing status of the pipeline in real time, Dapeng LNG combined with the digital management platform to conduct real-time and fine control of the welding work "online + offline". In addition to the on-site pipeline physical form control, all pipeline system and welding joint data of the project are collected and entered into the intelligent construction management database by special personnel, and the system automatically generates relevant statistical data charts, which provides a scientific basis for real-time monitoring of operations, analysis of abnormal conditions and rectification measures for Dapong LNG, thus significantly improving construction quality and efficiency.
