近日,经过自主维修攻关,中海石油气电集团大鹏LNG独立自主完成接收站码头登船梯维修,进一步提升了登船梯驱动组件的可靠性与船岸双方的通行安全,为后续LNG船舶平稳接卸筑牢安全基石。

登船梯在LNG船舶接船作业中扮演着重要角色,它不仅是船岸之间的主要连接通道,更承担着保障人员日常通行和紧急逃生的重任。大鹏LNG一直高度重视登船梯的维护工作,采用年度检查与月度维护相结合的方式确保其良好运行。今年初,大鹏LNG的机械维修团队在进行全面检查时,发现部分液压油管出现老化、表皮微裂纹及伸缩梯滚轮卡涩等问题。经过科学评估,大鹏LNG决定对登船梯液压系统的液压油管进行整体更换。

这是大鹏LNG在没有厂家现场指导的情况下,独立自主开展登船梯维修。为确保维修工作的顺利进行,机械维修团队提前梳理备件,编制施工方案、进行风险分析及制定应对措施。团队密切关注码头船期表,利用3月18日至21日连续4天的无船窗口期,紧锣密鼓地开展了维修作业。

由于登船梯位置的特殊性,本次施工搭设的脚手架为悬挑架,其搭设和拆除作业均在海面高空进行,作业量大且时间紧迫。除去脚手架布置时间,实际留给维修作业的时间仅仅只有2天。为抓住有限工期及难得的学习机会,机械维修团队紧盯现场,将资料研读与现场学习相结合,成功更换了27根老化的液压油管。并以登船三角梯液压缸排气为契机,组织了现场技能培训。

登船三角梯液压缸排气是本次维修中的关键环节。油管连接液压缸是登船梯的动力驱动组成部件,当新换油管内部的残留空气未能及时排出时,可能在使用中造成登船梯漂移、抖动等故障,直接影响设备的可靠性。机械维修团队经过对设备原厂油路图纸资料的分析和现场检查,明确了油管连接液压缸的驱动方向及受影响部件,最终确定了作业方案。在团队的共同努力下,一鼓作气完成了三角梯液压缸的排气任务。结合本次维修经验,机械维修团队整理出了一套简单易懂的排气方案和操作指南,为后续的经验积累及知识传承提供了范本。

此次维修项目的成功实施,不仅解决了登船梯液压油管老化等问题,还解决了活塞杆污染、主臂旋转导向及伸缩梯滚轮润滑等问题。经过连续两船的接船测试,登船梯的使用效果稳定可靠,标志着本次紧急维修任务取得了圆满成功。

Boarding ladder plays an important role in the operation of LNG ships. It is not only the main connecting channel between ship and shore, but also bears the heavy responsibility of ensuring the daily passage and emergency escape of personnel. Dapeng LNG has always attached great importance to the maintenance of the boarding ladder, and adopts a combination of annual inspection and monthly maintenance to ensure its good operation. At the beginning of this year, the mechanical maintenance team of Dapeng LNG found that some hydraulic oil pipes had aging, skin micro-cracks and the expansion ladder roller stuck when conducting a comprehensive inspection. After scientific eva luation, Dapeng LNG decided to replace the hydraulic tubing of the boarding ladder hydraulic system as a whole.

This is Dapeng LNG in the absence of the manufacturer's on-site guidance, independent maintenance of the ship ladder. In order to ensure the smooth progress of maintenance work, the mechanical maintenance team sorted out spare parts in advance, prepared construction plans, carried out risk analysis and developed countermeasures. The team paid close attention to the shipping schedule of the dock, and took advantage of the four-day no-ship window period from March 18 to 21 to carry out maintenance operations intensively.

Due to the particularity of the position of the boarding ladder, the scaffolding set up in this construction is a cantilever frame, and its erection and demolition operations are carried out at the sea altitude, which is a large amount of work and time is urgent. Apart from the scaffolding layout time, the actual time left for repair work is only 2 days. In order to seize the limited time and rare learning opportunities, the mechanical maintenance team kept an eye on the site, combined data study with on-site learning, and successfully replaced 27 aging hydraulic tubing. At the same time, taking the hydraulic cylinder exhaust of the triangular ladder as an opportunity, on-site skill training was organized.

The exhaust gas of hydraulic cylinder of boarding triangle ladder is the key link in this maintenance. The oil pipe connected hydraulic cylinder is the power driving component of the boarding ladder. When the residual air inside the new oil pipe is not discharged in time, it may cause the drift and shaking of the boarding ladder in use, which directly affects the reliability of the equipment. After analyzing the original oil circuit drawings and on-site inspection, the mechanical maintenance team determined the driving direction and affected parts of the oil pipe connecting hydraulic cylinder, and finally determined the operation plan. Under the joint efforts of the team, the exhaust task of the hydraulic cylinder of the triangle ladder was completed. Combined with this maintenance experience, the mechanical maintenance team sorted out a set of easy-to-understand exhaust solutions and operational guidelines, which provided a template for subsequent experience accumulation and knowledge inheritance.

The successful implementation of the maintenance project not only solved the problems of aging of the hydraulic tubing of the boarding ladder, but also solved the problems of piston rod pollution, main arm rotary steering and lubrication of the expansion ladder roller. After two consecutive ship acceptance tests, the use effect of the boarding ladder is stable and reliable, which indicates that the emergency maintenance task has achieved a complete success.
