3月29日,中国石化四建公司、天然气分公司、工程建设公司共同完成的“中国石化LNG储罐内罐纵缝自动焊工艺开发”项目鉴定会在北京召开,通过专家评审。

鉴定委员会认为该成果带动了大型LNG储罐焊接技术创新,推动了大型LNG储罐建造产业发展,经济效益和社会效益显著,项目整体达到国内领先水平,可在LNG储罐建造领域推广应用。该项目在中国石化天津LNG二期项目6号、9号储罐应用,焊接一次合格率为99.44%,焊缝外观质量良好,工期节约9天。该技术与传统焊接方法相比,焊接接头性能更优,焊缝外观质量良好,避免了道间打磨和最终焊道打磨,降低烟尘产生,极大地改善工作环境,且减少了焊缝金属填充量,降低施工成本。

On March 29, the "Sinopec LNG storage tank longitudinal seam automatic welding process Development" project appraisal meeting jointly completed by Sinopec Four Construction Company, Natural Gas Branch and Engineering Construction Company was held in Beijing and passed expert review.

The appraisal committee believes that this achievement has driven the innovation of large-scale LNG storage tank welding technology, promoted the development of large-scale LNG storage tank construction industry, and achieved significant economic and social benefits. The project as a whole has reached the leading level in China, and can be promoted and applied in the field of LNG storage tank construction. The project is applied in storage tanks No. 6 and No. 9 of SINOPEC Tianjin LNG Phase II Project. The qualification rate of the first welding is 99.44%, the appearance quality of the weld is good, and the construction time is saved by 9 days. Compared with the traditional welding method, the welding joint performance is better, the appearance quality of the weld is good, the inter-track grinding and the final welding pass grinding are avoided, the dust generation is reduced, the working environment is greatly improved, and the welding metal filling amount is reduced, and the construction cost is reduced.
