摘要结合技术规范及实际运用需求,系统分析了我国低温深冷绝热装备用真空测量装置存在的主要问题,如真空度测量范围窄、接口处泄漏风险大、封装选材及封装工艺影响仪表使用等。结合LNG多式联运罐式集装箱运用,系统进行了真空测量范围、漏放气速率、密封及选材、结构设计等总体设计,提出了具体技术指标。开展了焊缝强度计算,以及有限元应力及模态仿真,进行了高低温、漏率等试验。装用在LNG多式联运罐式集装箱上,在我国海洋及公路运输LNG“南气北运”项目进行了运用考验,相关计算分析和试验及运用结果表明,所研制的新型真空测量装置可有效运用于低温真空深冷绝热储运装备行业。Combined with the technical specifications and practical application requirements,the main problems of vacuum measurement device for cryogenic insulation equipment in China were analyzed systematically,such as narrow vacuum measurement range,high risk of leakage at the interface,packaging material selection and packaging process affecting the use of instruments,etc.Combined with the application of LNG intermodal tank container,the overall design of vacuum measurement range,leakage and deflation rate,sealing and material selection,structure design,etc.were carried out,and the specific technical indexes were put forward.The weld strength calculation,finite element stress and modal simulation,high and low temperature,leakage rate and other tests were carried out.It was installed on the tank container of LNG multimodal transportation and tested in the project of LNG transportation from south to North in China’s ocean and highway transportation.The relevant calculation,analysis,test and application results show that the new vacuum measuring device can be effectively used in the cryogenic vacuum insulation storage and transportation equipment industry,and promote the technical development of cryogenic vacuum storage and transportation equipment industry in China.
