据辽河油田采油工艺研究院院长刘明涛介绍,这项技术推动了蒸汽生产以电代气的革命性突破,不仅为蒸汽驱、SAGD等稠油热采方式开辟了绿色转型新路径,还可助力高凝油、页岩油、深层煤岩气的开采。预计到2030年,这项技术将在辽河油田超稠油蒸汽驱、深层SAGD等领域实现规模应用。

“以往稠油热采都是依托地面锅炉烧天然气产生蒸汽。这套装置通过电加热器直接在井下对蒸汽进行二次加热,不仅提升了井下蒸汽干度、提高开发效果,而且减少地面天然气用量。”辽河油田采油工艺研究院副院长龙华介绍说。

如何实现绿色低碳开发是稠油开采面临的时代命题。2022年,1兆瓦井下大功率装置研究入选中国石油重点科研项目。辽河油田攻关团队历时15个月,成功突破了450摄氏度高温、4千伏高电压绝缘、每米5千瓦高功率密度、外径38毫米极限预制工艺、井口长期高温高压密封技术等7大行业性难题,形成了井筒狭小空间高电压绝缘、大功率集中加热传导等8项关键技术,申报7项发明专利。

"In the past, heavy oil thermal recovery relied on burning natural gas to generate steam in ground boilers. "The system reheats the steam directly downhole via an electric heater, which not only increases the dryness of the steam, improves the production efficiency, and reduces surface gas consumption." Liaohe oilfield oil production technology research institute vice president Long Hua said.

How to realize green and low-carbon development is an era proposition facing heavy oil exploitation. In 2022, the research of 1 MW underground high-power device was selected as a key scientific research project of China Petroleum. In 15 months, the research team of Liaohe Oilfield successfully broke through seven major industrial problems such as 450 degrees Celsius high temperature, 4 kV high voltage insulation, 5 kW high power density per meter, 38 mm outer diameter limit prefabrication process, long-term high temperature and high pressure sealing technology at the wellhead, and formed eight key technologies such as high voltage insulation in small space of the shaft and high power centralized heating conduction. Declared 7 invention patents.
