近日,胜利油田石油工程技术研究院研发的脉冲注水技术现场试验获得成功,试验井组增油稳产效果明显。这是在未增加注水量的情况下,仅通过转变地面注水方式取得的显著效果,标志着脉冲注水工艺技术取得阶段性突破,对油田实现绿色高效开发具有重要借鉴意义。

为激活中高渗油藏储量,该院技术攻关团队打破固有思维,提出“稳定注水向脉冲注水转变”理念,开展脉冲注水基础理论和试验研究。同时,在工程配套上开展相关装备研发,研制出国内首套集成升压、蓄能、调频、电控等功能模块的地面高压脉冲注水装置,为脉冲注水工艺现场试验提供设备基础。

Recently, the field test of pulsed water injection technology developed by Petroleum Engineering Technology Research Institute of Shengli Oilfield has been successful, and the effect of increasing oil and stabilizing production of test well group is obvious. This is a remarkable effect achieved only by changing the surface water injection method without increasing the water injection amount, which marks a stage breakthrough in pulse water injection technology, and has important reference significance for realizing green and efficient development of oil fields.

In order to activate the medium and high permeability reservoir reserves, the technical research team of the institute broke the inherent thinking, proposed the concept of "stable water injection to pulse water injection", and carried out basic theoretical and experimental research on pulse water injection. At the same time, related equipment research and development was carried out in the engineering supporting, and the first set of ground high pressure pulse water injection device integrating the function modules of boost pressure, energy storage, frequency modulation and electric control was developed in China, which provided the equipment foundation for the field test of pulse water injection process.
