3月30日，榆能化公司举行石脑油、轻柴油综合利用项目中交仪式，这标志着石脑油、轻柴油综合利用项目由工程建设阶段全面转入生产准备阶段。

自项目启动以来，榆能化公司与各参建单位通力协作、密切配合，紧盯精品工程目标，倒排进度计划，克服一切困难，统筹推进设计、采购、施工各项工作，在保证安全、质量的前提下，围绕项目关键路径，提前落实人力、物资、机具等资源，科学优化施工组织，先后打响土建、安装和中交攻坚战，迅速掀起了会战高潮，促进项目高标准、高质量、高效率推进。

据悉，石脑油、轻柴油综合利用项目是延长石油集团重点建设项目，也是榆能化公司“十四五”发展战略重要项目。该项目利用DCC装置副产的石脑油和轻柴油为原料，通过25万吨/年石脑油加氢精制、20万吨/年轻柴油加氢改质、25万吨/年烯烃原料精制（三苯抽提）和20万吨/年重芳烃吸附分离四套工艺装置，生产苯、甲苯、混合二甲苯，以及C9、C10芳烃等高附加值化工产品。项目建成后，可使DCC装置本身产品乙烯、丙烯和芳烃产量超过52%，可彻底解决DCC原料直供减免消费税问题，并为公司下一步发展精细化工，提供原料。据测算，项目每年可为公司增加效益2.4亿元，是公司减亏增效的重要抓手。

It has successively launched the civil construction, installation and Sino-foreign relations battle, quickly set off the climax of the battle, and promoted the high standard, high quality and high efficiency of the project.

It is reported that the comprehensive utilization project of naphtha and light diesel is a key construction project of Yanchang Petroleum Group and an important project of Yuleng Chemical Company's "14th Five-Year Plan" development strategy. The project uses the naphtha and light diesel produced by the DCC unit as raw materials to produce benzene, toluene and mixed xylene through four sets of process units of 250,000 tons/year naphtha hydrorefining, 200,000 tons/year young diesel hydrorefining, 250,000 tons/year olefin raw material refining (tribenzene extraction) and 200,000 tons/year heavy aromatics adsorption and separation. And C9, C10 aromatics and other high value-added chemical products. After the completion of the project, the output of ethylene, propylene and aromatics of the DCC unit itself can exceed 52%, which can completely solve the problem of DCC raw material direct supply and excise tax reduction, and provide raw materials for the company's next development of fine chemicals. It is estimated that the project can increase benefits for the company by 240 million yuan per year, which is an important starting point for the company to reduce losses and increase efficiency.
