3月25日记者获悉,大庆炼化公司为提升循环水质量,保证装置换热器长周期运行,多举措强化水质保障,有效降低了系统腐蚀,改善了水体质量。截至目前,该公司8个循环水场的水质综合合格率达99.74%,腐蚀速率、粘附速度、细菌总数等指标均优于炼化板块控制指标。

今年年初以来,大庆炼化公司持续加大水质管理力度,严格监控指标,创新性将VOCs检测仪应用于循环水系统查漏,并采用全无磷配方清洗预膜,显著提高了水质检测的精确性。同时,为提升清理标准和清理质量,公司根据各个生产周期的水质运行特点,提出“抽水、洗池、清泥、晾晒、清网、扫灰”清池工作六步法,对循环水系统的构筑物进行彻底整治,14座塔下池和13座冷水池共清理出淤泥近220吨,显著提升了构筑物的洁净程度,为下一阶段的水质控制工作奠定了坚实基础。

在异养菌控制方面,大庆炼化公司采取精细调整次氯酸钠投加量、在水质异常时冲击投加氧化性杀菌剂、泄漏期间高频次投加非氧化性杀菌剂等措施,将控制难度最大的三循系统异养菌总数降至1万个/毫升以下,并通过控制缓蚀阻垢剂、分散剂投加量,进一步调整循环水碱度、总铁等指标,有效控制细菌总数、腐蚀速率、粘附速度,确保系统防腐阻垢效果,使水质更加平稳。同时,他们创新调试升级了一循、三循、五循3个加药系统,使3个加药系统实现自动控制,并为8个循环水场增设了自动加酸功能,保证了加药量更加精准。

下一步,大庆炼化公司将密切注重第三循环水场,根据水质情况,对循环水系统进行整体水体置换,并针对回用水补水氯离子、电导率偏高等实际问题,综合平衡各水场运行条件,加大重点部位监测力度,优化新鲜水补充,稳定投加次氯酸钠,保证余氯指标满足杀菌要求,确保循环水水质持续向好。

Since the beginning of this year, Daqing Refining and Chemical Company has continued to increase water quality management efforts, strictly monitor indicators, innovatively apply VOCs detector to circulating water system leak detection, and use a completely phosphorus free formula to clean the pre-film, significantly improving the accuracy of water quality detection. At the same time, in order to improve the cleaning standards and cleaning quality, according to the water quality operation characteristics of each production cycle, the company proposed a six-step method of "pumping, washing, mud cleaning, drying, net cleaning, and ash sweeping" to clean the structures of the circulating water system, and cleaned nearly 220 tons of silt out of 14 tower pools and 13 cold pools, significantly improving the cleanliness of the structures. It lays a solid foundation for the water quality control work in the next stage.

In terms of heterotrophic bacteria control, Daqing Refining and Chemical Company adopted measures such as fine-adjusting the dosage of sodium hypochlorite, impacting the dosage of oxidizing fungicides when the water quality was abnormal, and frequently adding non-oxidizing fungicides during leakage, so as to reduce the total number of heterotrophic bacteria in the three cycle systems with the most difficult control to less than 10,000 / ml, and by controlling the dosage of corrosion and scale inhibitor and dispersant. Further adjust the circulating water alkalinity, total iron and other indicators, effectively control the total number of bacteria, corrosion rate, adhesion rate, to ensure the system corrosion and scale inhibition effect, so that the water quality is more stable. At the same time, they innovatively debug and upgrade the three dosing systems of one cycle, three cycle and five cycle, so that the three dosing systems achieve automatic control, and add the automatic acid function for the eight circulating water stations to ensure that the dosage is more accurate.

In the next step, Daqing Refining and Chemical Company will pay close attention to the third cycle water field, carry out the overall water body replacement of the circulating water system according to the water quality, and comprehensively balance the operating conditions of each water field in view of the actual problems of chlorine ions and high electrical conductivity of water recharge, increase the monitoring of key parts, optimize the fresh water supplement, steadily add sodium hypochlorite, and ensure that the residual chlorine index meets the sterilization requirements. Ensure that the quality of circulating water continues to improve.
