今年以来,秦皇岛32-6作业公司以“两提一降”为引领,进一步厘清油藏潜力,保障基础时率,强化工艺攻关,突破地面瓶颈,坚持早对标、早谋划、早部署、早实施,深挖老油田上产潜力,持续推进稳油控水,为完成全年产量任务开好头、起好步。

在南堡35-2油田,针对稠油热采特点,油田生产人员摸索实践出一套包含常规水驱注采优化、大井距水平井过热蒸汽驱先导试验、调整井蒸汽吞吐阶段高产、馆陶组天然能量开发提液增油在内的增产技术体系,推动油田产量稳中有升。其中,我国海上首个热采吞吐先导试验平台——南堡35-2B平台日产原油破1000立方米,创造历史最好水平。

在我国海上首个智能化油田——秦皇岛32-6油田,研究人员积极探索数字化技术,大力推广实施定向井智能分采和水平井分舱控水技术。依托智能油田平台,陆地工程师可在线远程监控并调控油井各层、各段产出,目前已先后实施4井次油井智能分采措施,为油田在高含水期持续稳产提供保障。

In Nanpu 35-2 oilfield, according to the characteristics of heavy oil thermal production, the oilfield production personnel have explored and practiced a set of stimulation technology system, including the optimization of conventional water drive injection and production, the pilot test of superheated steam drive in horizontal Wells with large spacing, the high yield in the steam hutoff stage of adjusting Wells, and the natural energy development of Guantao Formation to extract liquid and increase oil, so as to promote the stable oil production. Among them, China's first offshore thermal production throughput pilot test platform - Nanpu 35-2B platform daily crude oil exceeded 1,000 cubic meters, creating the best level in history.

In Qinhuangdao 32-6 oilfield, the first offshore intelligent oil field in China, researchers actively explore digital technology, and vigorously promote the implementation of intelligent production of directional Wells and horizontal well subdivision water control technology. Relying on the intelligent oilfield platform, land engineers can remotely monitor and control the output of each layer and section of the oil well online. At present, intelligent production separation measures have been implemented for 4 Wells, providing guarantee for continuous and stable production of the oil field in the period of high water cut.
