波波里水电站项目位于公司承建完工的苏布雷水电站下游，是公司在科特迪瓦萨桑德拉河流域梯级开发的第二级电站，也是目前科特迪瓦全国在建的最大水电站项目,由中国进出口银行提供融资支持。该项目总装机112.9兆瓦，库容8200万立方米，坝长约4.2千米、最大坝高约18.58米，建成投产后每年将为科特迪瓦增添5.54亿度清洁电力，对于该国扩大电力供应、降低发电成本、保障电力安全、促进经济社会发展、实现“双碳”减排目标、增加电力出口、进一步巩固和凸显其作为西非经济引擎起到关键作用，为深化新时期中科友好合作具有重要意义。

Borges Power Station project is located downstream of the completed Soubre Hydropower Station undertaken by the company, which is the second stage of cascade development of the company in the Sassandra River basin in Cote d 'Ivoire, and is also the largest hydropower station project under construction in Cote d 'Ivoire at present. It is financed by the Export-Import Bank of China. The total installed capacity of the project is 112.9 megawatts, the storage capacity is 82 million cubic meters, the dam length is about 4.2 kilometers, the maximum dam height is about 18.58 meters, once completed and put into operation, it will add 554 million KWH of clean electricity to Cote d 'Ivoire every year. It is of great significance for the country to expand power supply, reduce power generation costs, ensure power security, promote economic and social development, achieve the "double carbon" emission reduction target, increase power exports, further consolidate and highlight its role as an economic engine in West Africa, and deepen China-Kuwait friendly cooperation in the new era.
