喜儿沟电站地处白龙江上游河段,于2014年8月投产,设计库容51万立方米。由于白龙江上游河段含砂量较大,加之地质灾害影响,水库经过约10年的运行,有效库容日益减少至两成左右,严重影响电站蓄水防洪和填峰削谷能力,恰逢近期极度枯水气象,经报请区域电网调度及河长制单位批准,电站协调上下游三座梯级电站,同步开展库区排沙作业,为汛期增发抢发高电价电量做好准备。本次库区排沙持续约30小时,共约排放推移质和悬移质沉积物约10万立方米,释放库容水域面积3万平方米,以“冲波逆折回川”之势,高质量书写了春检迎汛的“浪淘沙”片段。

为确保安全万无一失,电站储备好应急预案,全程跟进在线监督,科学安排检查时序,强化配套保障,协调技术人员提前落实安全防控措施,专业工具提前悉数到位,提升规范精准施工,极致压缩时间,极致用好水势,最大减少弃水损失,导入最佳水沙混合比模型应用,整个过程安全紧致可控。

Located in the upper reaches of Bailong River, Xiergou Power Station was put into operation in August 2014 with a designed storage capacity of 510,000 cubic meters. Due to the large sand content in the upper reaches of Bailong River and the impact of geological disasters, the effective storage capacity of the reservoir has been reduced to about 20% after about 10 years of operation, which seriously affects the capacity of water storage and flood control and peak filling and valley cutting of the power station. It coincides with the recent extreme low water weather, and the regional power grid dispatching and river chief system units have been reported for approval. Simultaneously carry out sand drainage operations in the reservoir area to prepare for the rush of additional high-price electricity during flood season. The sediment discharge in the reservoir lasted for about 30 hours, a total of about 100,000 cubic meters of bed load and suspended sediment were discharged, and the reservoir water area was released by 30,000 square meters. With the trend of "rushing waves back to the river", high-quality writing of the "waves rushing sand" fragment of spring inspection and greeting flood season.

In order to ensure safety, the power station reserves emergency plans, follows up online supervision throughout the whole process, scientifically arranges inspection timing, strengthens supporting support, coordinates technical personnel to implement safety prevention and control measures in advance, puts professional tools in place in advance, improves standardized and accurate construction, minimizes time, maximizes use of water potential, minimizes waste water loss, and introduces the application of the optimal water-sand mixing ratio model. The whole process is safe, compact and controllable.
