4月26日至30日，由湖南发展空洲岛公司组织的株洲航电（空洲水电站）扩机工程水轮机模型验收试验在浙江富春江水电设备有限公司富安水力机械研究所进行，并顺利通过验收。

验收组根据试验大纲对水轮机转轮模型分别进行了“效率和出力试验”“压力脉动试验”“空化试验”“飞逸转速试验”以及“模型几何尺寸”等检查，各项试验结果指标均满足合同和相关规范要求。水轮机转轮模型验收试验通过，为真机的设计提供了科学的依据，同时为第二次设计联络会创造了条件。

为加快推动能源清洁低碳转型发展，株洲航电(空洲水电站)扩机项目于2022年11月21日通过湖南省发改委核准批复，并纳入株洲市2023、2024年度重点项目。株洲航电作为长株潭地区最大的水电站和株洲地区黑启动重要电源点，该项目建成后将最大限度提高株洲航电枢纽电站水能利用率，提高电网的稳定性和调峰能力，为助力湖南经济社会发展绿色转型、保障电力安全稳定供应做出积极贡献。

From April 26 to 30, the turbine model acceptance test of Zhuzhou Avionics (Kongzhou Hydropower Station) expansion project organized by Hunan Development Kongzhou Island Company was carried out in Zhejiang Fuchunjiang Hydropower Equipment Co., LTD. Fuan Hydraulic Machinery Research Institute, and successfully passed the acceptance.

According to the test program, the inspection group carried out "efficiency and output test", "pressure pulsation test", "cavitation test", "runaway speed test" and "model geometry size" on the turbine runner model, and all the test results and indicators met the requirements of the contract and relevant specifications. The acceptance test of the turbine runner model is passed, which provides a scientific basis for the design of the real machine, and creates conditions for the second design meeting.

In order to accelerate the development of clean and low-carbon energy transformation, Zhuzhou Avionics (Kongzhou Hydropower Station) expansion project was approved by Hunan Provincial Development and Reform Commission on November 21, 2022, and included in Zhuzhou City 2023, 2024 key projects. As the largest hydropower station in Changzhu-Zhu-Tan area and an important power source for the black start-up of Zhuzhou area, the project will maximize the water energy utilization rate of Zhuzhou Avionic Hub power station, improve the stability of the power grid and peak load capacity, and make positive contributions to the green transformation of Hunan's economic and social development and ensure the safe and stable supply of electricity.
