今年是乾安采油厂建设87万吨现代化采油厂的关键一年,也是高质量发展的攻坚之年。自春季百日上产劳动竞赛启动以来,该厂科学谋划、迅速行动,从机关部门到基层一线主动加压、超前组织,将竞赛任务分解到岗位、将目标责任落实到个人,劳动竞赛氛围持续升温。

为进一步汇聚全员合力,推动竞赛阶段性任务更高质量落地,该厂利用召开党风廉政建设和反腐败工作会议之机,就进一步开展好劳动竞赛和提质增效工作进行再动员、再部署,要求全厂上下进一步提高思想认识,抢抓黄金季节,奏响春季夺油上产“最强音”。

抢抓黄金季节全力保证效益产量,是主责主业。该厂生产部门快速推进产能建设,对已落实井位抢进度上钻机,对具备投产条件的第一时间组织投产,按照“零等停”原则加快运行节奏,提高新井贡献率。同时,加快推进与产能密切相关的压裂以及水井大修、小修等措施工作量。

科研两所围绕老油田稳产上产,重新认识油藏特征、评价开发效果及优化技术路径,加强动态分析和注水一条龙管理,重点开展补能提产关键技术研究与实践。各采油作业区立足提高油水井时率、降低递减抓好基础工作,密切关注每一口井,从单井罐到集输系统认真做好资料管理,出现波动及时处理。对近期降产幅度较大的区域,进一步加强资料录取,及时调整注水方案,精细掌握油井动态,出现问题及时发现解决,确保不因管理问题导致产量流失。

The two research institutes focus on the stable production of old oil fields, re-understand reservoir characteristics, eva luate development effects and optimize technical paths, strengthen dynamic analysis and water injection management, and focus on the research and practice of key technologies for replenishing energy and increasing production. Each oil production operation area focuses on improving the time rate of oil and water Wells and reducing the decline, pays close attention to each well, carefully manages the data from the single well tank to the gathering and transportation system, and deals with fluctuations in time. For areas with a large recent production decline, further strengthen the data acquisition, timely adjust the water injection plan, fine grasp the well dynamics, and timely find and solve problems to ensure that production is not lost due to management problems.
