西北油田进一步提升开发质效,针对新井创新应用“井工厂”模式,有效解决地面复杂、前置手续办理困难、投资费用高等难题,前两个月,采用“井工厂”模式部署的12口新井平均提高产建时效超40天,节约投资数百万元。

“井工厂”模式是指在同一场地部署多口井,可有效优化前置手续办理。同时,由于油气井位置集中,多口井可共用电力线、井场设备、管线流程,节约线路铺设、设备采购、管线建设费用,为滚动产建提供有力支撑。

西北油田部署的TKK3-2-4H井原设计井口位置手续办理复杂,去年12月,通过应用“井工厂”模式,将井位调整到TP259-2H井场,大幅降低办理手续难度,提高产建时效60天。今年2月20日,TKK3-2-4H井顺利投产并获得高产,两口井共同使用水套炉、热交换器、电力线、生产管线,有效降低产建成本。

In the first two months, the 12 new Wells deployed by the "well factory" model increased the average production and construction time by more than 40 days, saving millions of investment yuan.

The "well factory" model is the deployment of multiple Wells on the same site, which effectively optimizes pre-processing. At the same time, due to the centralized location of oil and gas Wells, multiple Wells can share power lines, well site equipment, and pipeline processes, saving line laying, equipment procurement, and pipeline construction costs, and providing strong support for rolling production and construction.

The procedures for the original design wellhead location of the TKK3-2-4H well deployed in Northwest Oilfield are complicated. In December last year, the well location was adjusted to the TP259-2H well site by applying the "well factory" mode, which greatly reduced the difficulty of handling procedures and increased the production and construction time by 60 days. On February 20 this year, the TKK3-2-4H well was successfully put into operation and achieved high production, and the two Wells jointly used water jacket furnaces, heat exchangers, power lines, and production pipelines to effectively reduce production costs.
