华北油气分公司地处鄂尔多斯盆地,已建成大牛地气田、东胜气田和鄂南油田,年产油气当量达500万吨,不仅勘探前景广阔,深部煤层气、页岩油气资源潜力较大,而且有着丰富的风光、氦等资源。立足主责主业,他们加快推进油气与新能源融合发展,今年前两个月按计划生产天然气超10亿立方米,其中东胜气田新投产井贡献率同比增长36%。与此同时,东胜气田50兆瓦分散式风电项目、提氦工程和大牛地气田乙烷回收工程等项目持续推进。

稳固致密油气“基本盘”。为进一步增加常规致密油气藏规模储量,华北油气分公司健全科技管理制度,启动“青年人才成长推动年”活动,推广实施“揭榜挂帅”“大兵团”联合作战等机制,不断激发科研人才创新活力,推动关键技术攻关不断取得突破。东胜气田位于盆地北部,围绕实现不同类型致密含水气藏勘探评价多点开花的目标,持续强化山西、太原组、什股壕区带钻井储层保护,多口井自然投产获得成功,其中位于太原组的J58P47井日产量稳定在2万立方米;推动中生界致密油藏精细评价取得新成果,泾河2301H等9口井试获工业油流。同时,牢固树立“老井稳产是油气田生命线”的理念,加快推进气田递减因素分析,将综合递减率控制在10.71%以内,该指标水平领先国内同类型气田。

打造非常规“增长极”。鄂尔多斯盆地煤炭资源十分丰富,该公司在大牛地气田部署的首口深部煤层气风险探井——阳煤1HF井获得突破,试获10.4万立方米/天高产气流,首次提交预测储量超千亿立方米。今年以来,他们将深层煤层气作为上产重点领域,成立公司级工作专班,加速推进深层煤层气认识革命、技术革命、管理革命和效益革命,高效推进深层煤层气“头字号”重点工程,努力实现技术提产、管理增效、一体化迭代降本,推动非常规油气资源量快速增长。不仅如此,该公司正高质量推进东胜气田提氦工程、大牛地气田乙烷回收工程建设,项目运行后每年回收的氦气、乙烷经济效益显著。

Located in the Ordos Basin, North China Oil and Gas Company has built Daniu gas field, Dongsheng gas field and southern Hubei oilfield, with an annual output of 5 million tons of oil and gas equivalent. It not only has broad exploration prospects, deep coalbed methane and shale oil and gas resources potential, but also has rich scenery, helium and other resources. Based on the main business, they accelerated the integration of oil and gas and new energy development, the first two months of this year, the planned production of natural gas exceeded 1 billion cubic meters, of which the contribution rate of newly put into production in Dongsheng gas field increased by 36% year-on-year. At the same time, the 50 MW distributed wind power project in the Dongsheng gas field, the helium extraction project and the ethane recovery project in the Dniudi gas field continue to advance.

Firm tight oil and gas "base plate". In order to further increase the scale reserves of conventional tight oil and gas reservoirs, North China Oil and Gas Company has improved the science and technology management system, launched the "Young Talent Growth Promotion Year" activity, promoted the implementation of the "reveal the list of leaders" and "large corps" joint operations and other mechanisms, constantly stimulated the innovation vitality of scientific research talents, and promoted the key technology research breakthroughs. The Dongsheng gas field is located in the northern part of the basin. To achieve the goal of multiple exploration and eva luation of different types of tight water-bearing gas reservoirs, the protection of drilling reservoirs in Shanxi, Taiyuan Formation and Shiguhao zone has been continuously strengthened. Several Wells have been successfully put into production naturally, among which the J58P47 well in Taiyuan Formation has a stable daily output of 20,000 cubic meters. New achievements were made in the fine eva luation of the Middle zoic tight reservoir, and 9 Wells including Jinghe 2301H tested industrial oil flow. At the same time, firmly establish the concept of "stable production of old Wells is the lifeline of oil and gas fields", accelerate the analysis of gas field decline factors, and control the comprehensive decline rate within 10.71%, which is ahead of the domestic level of similar gas fields.

Create unconventional "poles of growth". Ordos Basin is very rich in coal resources, the company deployed in the Daniudi gas field, the first deep coalbed methane risk exploration well - Yangmi 1HF well breakthrough, test 104,000 cubic meters/day high yield gas flow, the first submitted forecast reserves of more than 100 billion cubic meters. Since the beginning of this year, they have taken deep coalbed methane as a key area of production, set up a company-level work class, accelerated the deep coalbed methane understanding revolution, technological revolution, management revolution and efficiency revolution, effectively promoted the deep coalbed methane "top" key projects, and strive to achieve technology production, management efficiency, integrated iterative cost reduction, and promote the rapid growth of unconventional oil and gas resources. In addition, the company is promoting the construction of helium extraction project in Dongsheng Gas field and ethane recovery project in Daniudi gas field with high quality, and the annual recovery of helium and ethane after the operation of the project has significant economic benefits.
