5月6日，记者从大庆炼化公司了解到，1至4月，公司低硫船燃产量同比增加0.95万吨，出口量同比增长38.6%，形成效益、创汇双增的良好态势。

今年年初以来，大庆炼化为缓解成品油销售压力，以市场为导向、以效益为中心，加快产品结构调整，统筹安排低硫船燃增产扩销计划，精心组织低硫船燃调运。

大庆炼化各部门密切合作，形成计划、生产、质检、销售全过程闭环管控。公司积极落实低硫船燃生产计划，根据各原料价格，测算使用蜡油、柴油等不同组分调和的低硫船燃的效益，再对生产流程、调和比例等进行优化，确定最佳的生产方案。同时，严控生产过程，精确规定生产指标，紧盯关键参数，精心操作、及时调整，始终将产品的硫含量严控在0.2%以下，确保产品质量合格。强化产销协调，加强运力沟通，提前掌握铁路和公路信息，提高调和、化验分析、输转和装卸效率，并提前报关报检，实时跟踪市场信息，根据各港口出口能力合理调控产品流向，提高出厂效率。

目前，大庆炼化持续开展低硫船燃增产工作，不断提高低硫船燃调和及装车效率，将装车流量由每小时100立方米提升至250立方米，并在原有的4个鹤位基础上再增加4个鹤位，低硫船燃生产及装车能力每月预计可提升至3.5万吨。目前，所有准备工作已经完成，具备投入使用条件。

The company actively implements the production plan of low-sulfur Marine fuel, calculates the benefit of using different components such as wax oil and diesel oil to blend low-sulfur Marine fuel according to the price of each raw material, and then optimizes the production process and blending ratio to determine the best production plan. At the same time, strictly control the production process, precisely specify the production indicators, closely monitor the key parameters, careful operation, timely adjustment, and always strictly control the sulfur content of the product below 0.2% to ensure the quality of the product. Strengthen the coordination of production and marketing, strengthen the communication of transport capacity, grasp the railway and road information in advance, improve the efficiency of coordination, laboratory analysis, transfer and loading and unloading, and advance customs declaration and inspection, real-time tracking of market information, reasonable regulation of product flow according to the export capacity of each port, and improve the factory efficiency.

At present, Daqing Refining and Chemical continues to carry out low-sulfur fuel production work, constantly improve the efficiency of low-sulfur fuel blending and loading, the loading flow rate from 100 cubic meters per hour to 250 cubic meters, and add 4 crane positions on the basis of the original 4 crane positions, low-sulfur fuel production and loading capacity is expected to increase to 35,000 tons per month. At present, all the preparatory work has been completed and the conditions are ready for use.
