4月25日至26日，全国钻完井技术研讨会暨第二十一届石油钻井院（所）长会议在四川成都召开。会议全面展示了国内油气钻完井领域最新研究成果和实践应用案例，分析了当前面临的问题挑战，为我国油气高效勘探开发献计献策。

钻完井作为油气勘探开发工程技术业务链上的重要一环，是发现油气、解放油气、服务增储上产的关键技术。会议围绕“聚力科技创新，赋能高质量发展”主题，研讨分享了万米特深层勘探开发、油气钻采安全与完整性监测预警技术、钻完井智能化发展等热点问题。与会专家普遍认为，近年来，我国钻完井技术取得了长足进步，但在智能化钻完井技术与装备、高性能钻完井关键基础材料等方面仍具有广阔的研究与应用空间。

针对我国油气行业未来发展的新趋势，专家认为，要持续攻关特深层钻井关键技术，为“向地球深部进军”提供工程技术支撑；要用好人工智能技术，加快钻完井智能软件开发，推动油气产业数智化变革；要锚定绿色发展，加快环境友好型钻完井材料研发，助力我国钻完井技术实现转型跨越。

会议由中国石油学会、中油技服及川庆钻探联合主办，来自中国工程院的3名院士与科研机构、能源央企以及高等院校的近300名专家学者线下参会，超过4000名油田科研工作者通过直播收看。

The conference comprehensively displayed the latest research results and practical application cases in the field of domestic oil and gas drilling and completion, analyzed the current problems and challenges, and offered suggestions for efficient oil and gas exploration and development in China.

Drilling and completion, as an important part of the oil and gas exploration and development engineering technology business chain, is the key technology to discover oil and gas, liberate oil and gas, and serve to increase storage and production. The meeting focused on the theme of "gathering scientific and technological innovation, enabling high-quality development", and discussed and shared hot issues such as Wanmeter deep exploration and development, oil and gas drilling safety and integrity monitoring and early warning technology, and intelligent development of drilling and completion. Experts at the meeting generally believe that in recent years, China's drilling and completion technology has made great progress, but there is still a broad research and application space in intelligent drilling and completion technology and equipment, key basic materials for high-performance drilling and completion.

In view of the new trend of the future development of China's oil and gas industry, experts believe that it is necessary to continue to research the key technologies of special deep drilling to provide engineering technical support for the "march to the deep earth"; It is necessary to make good use of artificial intelligence technology, accelerate the development of intelligent drilling and completion software, and promote the intelligent transformation of the oil and gas industry; It is necessary to anchor green development, accelerate the research and development of environmentally friendly drilling and completion materials, and help China's drilling and completion technology achieve transformation.

The meeting was jointly sponsored by the China Petroleum Society, China Petroleum Technology Service and Chuanqing Drilling. Three academicians from the Chinese Academy of Engineering and nearly 300 experts and scholars from scientific research institutions, energy central enterprises and universities attended the meeting offline, and more than 4,000 oilfield research workers watched through live broadcast.
